- while not overly apparent, Liniyie seems to have feelings towards both genders that mirror respect mixed well with puppy love. he is more inclined to feel romantic towards people he could consider an idol, such as a Master or one of high rank in the Weyr, though he is not above such feelings when relating towards his peers
craft : Healer ( studying specifically dragonhealing )

physical appearance : Standing at about 6' 0" Liniyie is tall and lanky, though slightly toned from his work about the Weyr and Crafthall. He has no physical blemishes such as large scars anywhere on his body, though he does show the signs of childhood scrapes and bruises here and there.
Liniyie has a broad forehead and a sloping nose, with his eyes set wide apart on his face. His skin is softly tanned from standing around the fires used to make salve, though the tan only extends to places that usually are not covered with clothing. He has large hands that are usually cracked from learning his Craft. By standards Liniyie is not attractive, nor does he care to think of himself as someone whom people can look to for beauty.
Dark russet hair covers his head with gentle curls, caused usually by sweat, humidity, or a combination of the two, with the length usually stopping at his ears. His bright blue eyes offset his face oddly, making his complexion seem sallow in color, though they nestle well beneath thick eyebrows that never seem to stay put.

basic personality : All-around friendly, Linyie is the type of guy you'd want on your side if you get stuck in a corner. Dedicated to a fault with what he wants to pursue, he usually lets nothing get in his way until he accomplishes his goal. However he is not the mindless type to step on others to earn his achievement, and instead will offer to bring others along for the ride.
He is extremely thorough when it comes to tasks assigned to him, not slacking off and usually triple-checking behind himself to ensure things are completed and running smoothly. This often causes him to appear to be a very slow worker and therefore behind the rest of the students, though his end results more then make up for the time it took for him to complete the assignment. He can be rushed however if the situation arises, and he puts his knowledge to good use in reliving an issue before it can get out of control.
When it comes to dealing with others he likes being in a group rather then being alone, as Liniyie feels being social is just as important as knowing what you're doing. He often plays the role of a middleman, not taking sides in any argument, and does his best not to offend others through a careless phrase or action. This does not mean he is timid, however, as he speaks his mind when he feels things should not continue as they are.

other : Possesses a good memory, which comes in handy when it comes to memorizing the different types of herbs required for different salves. It also helps in remembering who is injured where and how severe/light the injury was, allowing proper and efficient treatment.
He is also extremely meticulous in all that he does, which sometimes makes him appear to be a bit behind others in terms of progress. He should not be considered slow since this does not affect his learning or ability to function.
