I was born 95, so i was caught half way in the decade, but iremember video games back then. The beginnings of 3D gaming, Ocarina of Time, GoldenEye, Super Mario, Final Fantasy VII (although i was too young to understand it back then), all the greats. What was your favorite game from back in the day?

well lets see my first system was the atari but later we got a nes
then we got an snes i remeber playing duck hunt for ever but the zelda games have always been my favorite
although i still love pinball i think i may have spent over 3000 dollars back in 1995 on pin ball alone
duke nukem was an ok game as well i really loved jade cocoon for the ps1 it was such a fun game reminded me of pokemon a bit though
i also liked pokemon stadium for the n64 and that game ruled i pwoned at that game i also liked how you could get your pokemon from red and blue game boy color version and put them on the pokemon stadium game
i have always been a gamer so all games are great to me but the ones from the 90s and the cheesy games from the 80s have always held a special place for me

I grew up playing the NES and Atari 2600

I grew up with the old Sonic games on Sega Genesis. So good and so nostalgic!

I still have my Sega and the origanl sonic.
And it still works ^_^

TeNinjaTina I still have my Sega and the origanl sonic. And it still works ^_^ Aw man, lucky! One of the wires of my Sega broke. But I have those Sonic games on Gamecube, so it's all good. lol

I had the NES so I had Island Tropics (something like that, forgot the name), Duck Hunt, and in 96 I got Spyro the Dragon for PS1.

I have played a Nintendo 64, and a PS1. I got Goldeneye, and many other games. Crash Bandicoot is a favorite for the original Playstation.

I have: A N64, Playstation ( Big and grey, not the re-released mini PSOne) Wii, Xbox 360, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Gameboy Advance ( I needs me a GBA SP, maybe pick up Final Fantasy ADventure or something)Sega Genesis, and Super NES, and of course, my laptop, I love the Witcher...

Think if I remember properly, the Sega Master System II was my first console. Didn't have a snes but one was available to me via family. Then N64, Playstation, GBC, GBA, DS and a gamecube.
And now I use this hurr computer for emulators~

I remember a friend of mine who was younger used to think that the Sega's controllers were phones and held them the wrong way whilst trying to talk into them. o:

I loved my Sega Genesis. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 was by far my favourite game. There was another game called Bubsy and that was a lot of fun too. I also remember having a game with horses called "Crystal's pony tail", one for every colour of the rainbow and you had to save them. You'd have to neigh at their locked gates with their corresponding gem and they'd be free. It was great. biggrin
