This Role-play takes place in a small village in the year 1790. Vampires are the rulers of this world. Vampire hunters make a living trying to unseat these monsters.
Monthly tithes are taken from the villagers in the form of blood. One vampire refuses to live like his fellows and helps the villagers as much as he can.

Bio: Caine is a Pureblood vampire, born to rule over the humans, but he refuses to do so and moves into the small village at the base of his family's castle.
Pic or Description: White hair pulled back into a pony-tail, green eyes and about 6 foot. he wears a white shirt with a black vest, black pants and black boots. Always carries a sword strapped to his waist or on his back.

Abilities: Mind reading, super speed, and good hearing. he also has good bow skills
Bio: Thorne is Caine's twin. He lives in the castle that Towers over the small village.
Pic or Description: Thorne maybe Caine's twin, but they look nothing alike. Thorne wears his black hair in a pony-tail. He has blue eyes and likes to wear Black and silver.
Other: Thorne cannot read Caine's mind.

Race:Vampire
Abilities: good hearing...
Bio: Caine and Thorne's father. Nicholas can be ruthless at times, he disowned Caine when he left to live with the humans.
Pic or Description: Silver hair and bright red eyes from years of drinking blood. He wears a red shirt, black pants and knee high black boots.
Other:Thinks half-breed vampires don't deserve to live.

Bio: Chi doesn't talk much and when she does it's mostly broken. She has been bullied by the vampires for a while now and can't seem to stop them. She lives with her ferret, Taka.

((I'm just gonna go ahead and post..))
Nicholas stood in the castle library, a wine glass in hand as he over looked the small village below. He sipped at the contents and sighed.
Caine stood and wiped the dirt from his pants and looked at the garden, "It's perfect." he smiled and walked into his cottage.
Thorne wallked down the dark halls of the castle, My brother thinks it's his job to protect that village from his family! Thorne punched a wall, dust and chunks of stone scattering all over the place.

Chi put her ferret on her shoulders and threw off her apron. "Come, Taka. We must buy food for dinner, yes?" The ferret made an odd noise to show assurance and she walked out her door to the local market.
Haru sat under a tree and sighed. He was so worn out. He hadn't "drank" in ages. He need a victim... but he couldn't bring himself to kill one.

Nicholas drained his glass and placed it on the desk, turning he called out to Thorne, who appeared next to him, "Thorne, take a small group of men down to the village...It's time..."
Thorne nodded and ran towards the castle gate, shouting for men to follow him, grabbing his bow as he went.

The ferret ran in front of Chi and headed off for the feet of the vendors. She bought some vegetables and meats and she began to head back. It was too much for her too carry but she tried anyways.
Haru paused from his dreams and looked as a young girl carried a bunch of groceries by herself. He stood up and walked over to her. "You need some help?"

Thorne ran into the town, his men at his heels, "Villagers!" he shouted, "It is once again time to pay your tribute to my Lord Nicholas..." he looked around and spotted Chi, he looked back at his men and pointed towards her, "She goes."
Caine came out of his cottage to see Thorne pointing at Chi. He pulled out his sword and ran towards her.

Chi handed her items to Haru and noticed a man running at her with a sword. She screamed and cowered.Haru dropped the food and pulled out two daggers. "What's going on right now?!" He looked strangely at Caine. His hands hung loosely at his sides.

Caine stopped next to them, "Thorne is here to...collect for his father.." he looked at Chi, "Get home quickly.."
Thorne looked back at Chi, then back at his men, "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! GET HER!" Three men ran towards Chi.

Chi gasped and ran for her home, Taka at her heels. She panted and opened her door and slammed it. She locked it and stood up against her door with Taka in her arms.
Haru looked at the three men. "Are we going to have to kill them? I would like to.... nevermind." If this man killed them then he could, disgustingly take their blood.

"Alright. Then so be it." His dagger in his left hand grew red with flames. He chuckled.
Chi catched her breath slowly. "Scary it was, Taka?" She stroked the scared ferret.
