Blood_of_the_Warrior Strength-Megaton-Lucas Simms house I really want this one o_o I've got max strength and if I get this additional bobblehead, I heard your maximum will rise (from 10 to 11). Does that actually work?

I blew up Megaton before getting the bobblehead gonk
And no, there is no way to rise your maximum stats.

10 is max. You cannot boost a stat further than 10.
At best, if you have an item or condition that would put you past 10, and another item or condition that would put you under 10, they'll negate.
For example, if I have 10 Charisma and put on the Sexy Sleepwear, which adds a +1 CHA ... you will not have 11 Charisma. But if you put on an Enclave Power Helmet (-1 CHA), you'll still have 10 CHA.
