Clow Country
A land surrounded by desert as far as the eye can see. Temperatures rise high during the daytime, making the environment fairly harsh, but the people who live there are gently disposed, and kind. There is a castle in the center of the town, and the people are made ware of the time by the ringing of its giant bell.
The Castle houses are not only royalty, but shrine priests and other members of the key offices for the country. The castle is located at the highest spot in the land, and commands a view over the city street and the desert ruins.
The ruins lie in the desert of The Kingdom of Clow. The Ruins of Clow is a the wing-shaped temple that a team of archaeologists are excavating. The Ruins were a temple for cleansing the candidate for Clow Country's priesthood. The ruins stand where the Tokyo Government office building once stood, and are directly connected to Princess Sakura, since a feather she left behind in the world's past incarnation, Tokyo, resides there. Fei Wong Reed notes that the feather beneath Ruins and the Princess' powers combined are capable of bringing back those who have died.
