Btw if you're looking for his arm in the chapter cover he was supposed to be hugging an orb. I am considering re-adding the line.

It's actually a boy, but the characters get it mixed up too pff so girly.

I only posted the third page on DA because I don't like posting stuff I'm not done with; in this case, the first chapter.

There are supposed to be text bubbles in page 3, but I'm drawing everything first.

I'll post character profiles up when my computer's internet isn't dead. I'm almost done the last one, which would be the police officer.

When I say 'CG on crack', I mean I act like I'm on crack when I'm coloring. 'OH MY GOD THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH SHADOWS HERE IT IT SO DULL HURGH STROKESTROKE IT'S NEVER ENOUGH'

The coloring was supposed to be very basic. orz

And the only reason my lineart/coloring is so neat is because Paint Tool Sai is practically made for that. In photoshop my lines are wobbly, and Sai has a selection tool that can select pixels and goes right up to the black part of the line. I love that tool so much.

Henry's RCMP outfit took GODDAMN FOREVER.

Both to find a fullbody picture that was not of the dress uniform and to draw and color all those tiny details.

Do people really think Mounties run around in bright red outfits riding horses? 8|

I was watching Due North, which is a great show, and I was wondering why on earth he was wearing the dress uniform the entire episode. It was so distracting.
