 Toboe yipped as he ran through the fields before catching a rabbit. It felt nice to be free. Although he greatly missed Tsume and his group. Nonetheless he didn't let that trouble him. It would also be nice if his human master was still around, but yet she wasn't. No use trying to dwell in the past.

 As always, Red was playing in the forest. Running around the small clearing and hiding inside of a log. He missed Rayne since she left the pack; she had always protected him from meanies. But even if he missed her, he knew she left for a good reason and at least she wasn't dead. He saw a rustling in the bushes to his side and darted after whatever it was. He hit another wolf head on and somersaulted backwards, shaking his head, "Owwwhh...."

Toboe yelped as he was struck while rubbing his head. "Owww." He then looked up to notice Red in front of him. "Hi there! I see we meet again?"

"Sorry..." Red mumbled without looking up, before he heard a familiar voice. Yipping happily and wagging his tail, "Hey! Yeah! Nice to see you again!"

Toboe smiled. "Don't worry about it. I do it tons of times too." He was content to see his friend again. "So how's it been with you?"

Red chuckled, "Okay. For me, it's usually the tree's fault..." He glared at one he had remembered hitting before in this area, then jumped up and wagged his tail, "It's been fun! But...Rayne left the pack...and no one is around much to play with me anymore...and I miss Star..." he complained, looking almost depressed.

Toboe blinked a bit. "Hey hey...don't worry. If you want you can see me more often." He smiled a bit. "Actually I got stuck with watching the younger ones that no one knows what to do with them." He laughed. "It is quite a big mess sometimes." He laughed nervously before sighing.

Red looked up at his friend, "Okay, Toboe!" And swished his tail, "Do you wanna play spy with me then? The pups can come too!" He suggested flamboyantly, padding his front paws in excitement.

Toboe thought for a second. "Well...Autumn might not understand." He sighed. "She tends to do arts and crafts dealing with leaves." He shook his head. "But then again I think she might if we convince her well enough."

Red leapt up on his paws again, "I love crafts!' swishing his tail all the while. "Wait....that could be the mission! Someone tries to steal the leaves..." He mused, shifting his eyes from side to side suspiciously.

Toboe smiled. "That sounds like a good idea." He got up and stretched. "Lets go see her then. She's really friendly." He yipped before darting off into the woods expecting Red to follow.

"Yeah!" Red agreed with a bark and a motor kick-starting his tail. As he followed his new friend, he slowed as he trotted by a tree, glaring at it. When he took his eyes forward again, a tree came to greet his nose. He jumped back to avoid a collision and mumbled, "I'm watchin you, pal..." Before darting off after Toboe.

Toboe chuckled. "Well we probably should make sure those trees don't come to life." He sniffed the ground. "She's around here somewhere. She's a perma puppy who can't grow into a full adult body."

Seriously, Red replied with, "They are, though. They just want you to think they can't move!!" And his eyes flicked around suspiciously, as if that was what he really had thought. "Perma? The youngest of my Pack's a perma!" Red brightened and wagged his tail, "Though, she's a little mean...."

Toboe cocked his head to the side. "Really? I don't know if that's cool or freaky." He listened to the second part. "Has she had any bad experiences or is it just her personality?"
