The "horned reptile" was discovered in 1883 in Cleveland Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry, Utah and described in 1884 by Othniel C. Marsh.
Ceratosaurus lived during the Late Jurassic Period about 155 to 150 million years ago. According to CSC it was 9.30 meters (30.5ft) in length, 3.7 meters (12 ft) in height and almost 1 ton in weight. Ceratosaurus can be found on Isla Sorna.
