Okay there are a few matters to discuss here.
1st being on leadership.
Do we allow 5 chairs, or do provisional voting to elect 1st and 2nd chair.
the 2nd being Are we to convert the NCS into the NCS Community or form it into a different guild.

I wanted five people anyway. It makes no sense that people were complaining about the lack of moderators, only to reduce the number to three.
And you really should have made a thread to debate that in the first place.

なぜ私か。。。1: I'm fine with having 5. 2: We should make another guild for use as a community guild. I feel it would be more beneficial for those who are new to communism. It would make them feel more comfortable and not be constantly bombarded with subjects they might not fully understand so they can concentrate on learning. にゃ～。。。

oh well, we can debate it here now. I personally don't mind 5 mods. So i suppose I am in favor of that.
As for the NCS community issue. I know i voted for it's re-opening, Id actually think i'd prefer the Current NCS to be the NCS community of sorts, by that i mean more lenient membership.

I prefer current because NCS Community may suffer from the exact same problems the last NCS Community did and result in a closed guild.

As much as I only want Grcchvs Rob and Kotka in power, my obsessiveness over the number five forces me to be in favour of five mods. I am also in support of commissarial submods.

I agree with Kagerou, I think more mods would be useful to a forum as big as this one.
Second, I like the community idea. Fitting in to the NCS right away, from personal experience, is hard and overwhelming. Gracchvs said something about showing newbies the ropes and easing them into the guild. I like this idea a lot.

I'm against the Community. In case that wasn't clear in my vote in the proposal. Why are we behaving like pretentious elitist, snobs that can't talk to the common RABBLE that might just have a passing interest in socialist topics?
Seriously, if we can't handle them here, there is no revolution. Let's cancel and go get a new hobby.
It would be easier for the hardcore people to move to another guild anyway. I know Tank and Gracchvs had/have an orthodox Marxist guild somewhere.

Five moderators seem fair. Also, Unless I've absolutely missed what you mean by "Community", I nominate we open up a thread in the " Gaia Guilds" forum to both attract new blood and allow for the ropes to be learned there before deciding if they do want to join and gain more in-depth knowledge of Leftist politics.
