PERSONALITY
Demitri is sort of a... it's hard to word it. He's a strong man, and can sometimes be hard. This is only because that was how he himself became the man he is today. He pushes for Survival of the Fittest. He see's the big picture, instead of the little picture infront of him.
He can act harsh sometimes... well... many times really. It's just how he is. He pushes you until you understand everything there is to know, then he moves on. He rarely stops for those that are slow if they themselves don't ask for help. Beyond that, if they can break that fear of singling themselves out, then he can be understanding. The Hardness is only to see how far a student's potential can go.

Appearence:
Demitri's look is somewhat odd for the Hogwarts scene. He dresses like a Moggle, but for good reason.
For one: it's a comfortable fit. The loose clothes do wonders. The baggy pants and jacket are also used for storing items needed for game keeping and herbing, such as clamps, an assortment of plant parts, and reinforced work gloves, among other things. The wand, however, is rarely found on his person. He rarely sees a need to use it, given his professions.
He has a average body type: Five foot eight or so, weighing around one-hundred and thirty pounds. His eyes look a little different than the norm, but not enough to be noticed by the common witch or wizard.
His Animagus Wolf form is that of a somewhat large brown-coated wolf.

Detailed:
Demitri was born a healthy young boy to a Jessie and Travis Malabar. He lived the life of an average boy, at the start, nieve to the world around him. See, even though his parents were A Class, they lived in Amberville, both a good and bad place to live. It was like flipping a coin every time you woke up: Was today going to be o.k., or was there going to be a murder/rape/mugging?
Time past and he was nigh twelve when the Massacre occured. The events leading up to it are blurred, but the end result was clear: an entire town, destroyed by a single werewolf over night. The howls and screams could be heard a mile out, if not for Magical interference. Yes, the good 'ol magical protection agents were sent to the scene, and those some were killed, Demitri's father was put down for good... eventually. Not soon enough, though. Demitri got to see his father chowing down on what was left of his mother's body.
He fled, fled from the world, and began to nomad his way around the world, being able to see beyond the shrouds that were covering our fair planet. Dragons, magic, freaky living trees, knowlage about them became second nature to Demitri. He helped with many a Dragon Collection for various events, and in his spare time memorized nearly every plant and herb item in the world. He had a lot of spare time when not hunting.
Eventually, he was found by Hogwarts and drafted in as their new Herbology Teacher, as well as their Game Keeper.
