The title says it all; These are the Official Rules and Guidelines.
Any violations of these rules will be dealt with by a guild moderator.
Rules;
1 - Don't Fight
This isn't a combat guild. I don't want to see any fighting going on within the guild. I'll remove any fighting that I see, and possibly those who were in it.
2 - No Guild Wars
I don't want to see anyone fighting about other guilds, either. If you have a problem with another guild, don't bring it up here. Bring it to their guild, or handle it through PMs. In any case, don't bring it here.
3 - Follow the Gaia Rules and ToS
This should go without saying, but I'll still put it up. If I see any violations of the Official Gaia ToS, I won't hesitate to report it to an official moderator.
4 - Use the Subforums
Subforums. They're here for a reason. The main forum is for general chat only. If I see anything that should go in a subforum being posted on the main forum, I'll put in the respective subforum.
5 - Keep it Clean
Keep harsh language to a low, if possible. I'm going to stop you if I see that your post is full of harsh language, or if you're using it repeatedly. Don't like this rule? Tough $#!^.
6 - Respect the Mods
Guild moderators are here to keep the guild clean. If I see anyone trying to start a fight with one because they're doing their job, I'm going to remove the offender(s).
Crew Rules
1 - Don't Fuel the Flames
Your jobs are to help improve the guild, and keep it clean. That doesn't mean that you can do whatever you want here. Regular rules apply to everyone, especially about fighting in the guild. I don't want to see any of the higher-level members starting or keeping up fighting.
2 - Crew Forum
The Crew-Only subforum is there for a reason. Anything posted there is going to stay there, unless otherwise stated. Simple rule, but I still want it to be followed.
3 - Responsibility
Crew members, I pick you because I think I can trust you. While I'm not here, you're responsible for keeping the guild in one piece. This means making good impressions on new members, keeping the forum clean of any rule violations, and reporting any rule-breakers to me. I want this guild to succeed, not go down because of a bad crew.
4 - Good Impressions
As I said in the rule above, I want all crew members to have good impressions on new or regular members. This means welcoming new members, helping out those with questions, and overall keeping a good atmosphere. If I come in one day and see that this place is riddled with fights and hate toward the crew, I'm going to talk to the regular members to see who went wrong.
5 - Power Abuse
When you're a crew, you have the responsibility of keeping the forum clean by locking threads, deleting posts, and even changing posts. If I see that people are abusing these powers, I'm going to remove the violators from the guild entirely. I have no tolerance for people who screw around with powers for their own fun.
These are the basic rules for the guild. If needed, I will add more. If I add a rule, I will notify the guild with a thread in the main forum.
