I like them. Some of their attacks are kind of confusing, like the ressurection forms and stuff...

I found it very weird that all the arancar's stuff sounded like it was named in spanish lol.

I am not sure i like them alot, but they are certainly interesting bunch.
As for spanish, it was said "The creator of the series, Tite Kubo, uses many Spanish motifs for hollows. This is most prominent in the names for the various hollow and arrancar attack techniques. Many of the arrancar also have Spanish-derived names." But I don't know why. Also many of the arrancar are named after real life architects and designers.
The music is Spanish music as well.
