These are the rule that will keep the snow ninja's our of trouble. Please follow them, and failer to do so, will result in the conserqenses (Which will be listed at the bottom)

Rules are:

1] No Snow ninja will kill another, unless for self-defense. You must beable to prove that it was self-defense as well. (Remember, we might not have been there to witness the attack.)

2] No one shall kill another ninja from another village, unless it's absolutely nessicary or if the ninja is a wanted ninja from the world wide, or Snow village bingo book.

3] If one should leave the village without permission of me or Tasmi, they shall be treated as missing nin, and will be hunted down and forced to face trial.

4] Any minor crimes (stealing, forbidden scroll looking, etc.) done by ninjas shall be put on probation for a number of days appropiate to their crime.

5] Anyone who uses a forbidden jutsu that is not allowed in this village, they shall stand before me and explain why they did it. If it's a good one, I'll let you off. If not, probation.

Conserqensues for disobeying the rules:

1] Constint look out. (Probation)

2] Trial. (Depending)

3] Excuted. (If offense is equal or greated to death.)
