Just curious. question

I’ve copied my list of favorite TV shows from my profile:
Chuck, Heroes, House, Leverage, The Mentalist, Burn Notice, Monk, Psych, Law and Order, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Eureka, Rescue Me, Reaper
I started watching Warehouse 13 this summer from the syfy (I think that's the new logo) channel. It hasn’t made my profile yet.

Hmmm.. don't recall what's in my profile, as I don't update it often right now. But here's some thoughts on your list:

Chuck - used to watch but lost interest for some reason
Heroes - in a on-again/off-again relationship with it, currently on for the beginning of next season
House - like it and watch it in reruns on USA, still haven't caught the first part of the episode where he tells how he got his leg hurt (seen 1/2 way through it to the end like 8 times)
Leverage - go bored and wandered off after about episode 4 or 5
Burn Notice - started watching some here and there and caught the end of the last season... thinking about getting the earlier episodes and watching all of them
Monk - never did appeal to me, though my mom loves it and is said its on its last season
Law and Order - I detest most lawyer shows
Doctor Who - LOVE IT, though I'm apprehensive about it moving to a new doctor as well as losing Davies. I mean how much of a guiding hand was he to the shows vision each season... I guess time will tell.
Torchwood - LOVE IT, but haven't seen the 5 part season yet.
Eureka - its growing on me and I watch it if I notice its on, but don't actively seek it out yet
Reaper - LOVED IT, and was saddened when it was canceled. I hope maybe some other channel would pick it up, but I doubt it will happen.

Psych, Rescue Me, The Mentalist - never seen them, so no comments.

Now besides those above I mentioned to liking... I also watch these regularly:
Deadliest Catch - hey I like the personalities
America's Best Dance Crew - I like to see the moves and an entertaining performance

And of course I watch Bleach and Naruto Shippendun animes.. hey they're TV shows in Japan! lol

I too am watching Warehouse 13 but haven't made up my mind. I'm only on episode 5 or so.

I haven’t updated the favorite TV part of my profile in a while, cause I need to take Rescue Me out. My husband and I have become bored with it.
Reluctantly, I’ll be taking Chuck and Reaper out since they have both been cancelled. crying

I think Monk appeals to me because, although not diagnosed, most of my family has OCD. Especially my father! He’d know you messed with his stuff if it was a fraction of an inch from how he left it!
I’ve watched all the Heroes episodes, but I wasn’t very satisfied with last season. I’m hoping this season will be more to my liking.
It’s been a while since I watched the episode where they discuss how House’s leg got the way it is, but I don’t think it was an injury. I think he developed something that ate at his muscle and he had to get it operated on.
It will be interesting to see what direction Dr. Who takes when they make new episodes. And I haven’t watched Torchwood’s 5 episode mini series yet either, but I have it taped and ready for the kids to go back to school.
I haven’t completely made up my mind on Warehouse 13 either, but it’s kept my interest so far.
I watch a lot of TV, but it helps to have something to watch while I crochet or make jewelry.

Oh my god...Food Network. I was just watching it. The BEST show is Diners, Drive-In, and Dives!!!

I don't care if I just got done with an 8 course meal, when i see that show it makes me hungry for whatever's on it. Course Guy just makes the show.

Cronos, I love Diners, Drive-ins and Dives too!
Some times it makes me hungry and some times it makes me say, “ew!”, but it never fails to entertain me! biggrin

Chieftain, those channels are on at my house a lot and I enjoy them, but they’re on because my husband and son like them.
That’s got me thinking about the TV we all watch because someone else has it on. question

Everything same but Food Network. Replace that with MSNBC and we're good.

If I watch news before I go to bed, I can’t sleep.
That may be why I don’t know who Rachel Maddow is. lol
I drool over Tom Selleck and Sam Elliot anyway. OMG I’m old! rofl

Ah, I don't actually watch TV on the actual TV much. Most of the time I watch subbed anime or subbed game shows online. But for a list...

Monk (one of the few shows I actually watch on the TV)
Bleach
Family Outing
Kuroshitsuji
Keeping Up Appearances
Hellsing
News (a lot of stations)
A bunch of cooking shows, actually
From the Top (orch dork, lawls)
Mythbusters

Err... I really can't think of any right now... Ahaha.

I don't really like Guy. He seems like he's over-compensating a lot. Also, in his cooking show, he uses 'bad boys' every other sentence. :/

However, I can't argue that his Diners show makes me hungry. xD

I haven’t completely made up my mind on Warehouse 13 either, but it’s kept my interest so far.

So what's your thoughts now that the season is over?

I tape them so I still have the last episode left, but I’m enjoying it. Initially it’s always the gadgets or puzzles that attract me to a series, but I stay for the interplay of the characters. At first I didn’t like the new girl, but she’s grown on me. I think the actor they chose for the bad guy is awesome! I’ve seen him in other things and he does an excellent job with this type of character. Granted, it is sometimes a bit far fetched. But I will sometimes give fantasy a little leeway there.

So what’s your opinion now that the season is over?

Dexter is my favourite.
Then come So You Think You Can Dance. Then... CSI or House, but I don't watch them often. I actually don't watch any of them often, but still.
