I totally want to see another movie made, as long as it's up-to-par with the first three. I don't want another book, since the original author is dead and it wouldn't be the same.

I've said that ever since I heard and saw that JP3 took place on site B. I wish to that they would make another movie that takes place on Isla Nublar. I think it would be cool to see some of the other animals and sights of the park. (Even though they do blow up the island in the book. I'm sure writers could get around that some how.)

i agree they can i think they should not have Spinosaurs as the main predator because of the fact that they have found out that he was a fish eater i think Tyrannosaurus rex should be put back on his throne as the top dog

I second that. T-rex definatly needs a big role if they make a fourth film. Ilso think it would be cool if they had scenes from the avyary and lodge on Isla Nublar. Since it states in the book that there was an aviary and they were problems with the birds "attacking" workers. I can see them incorperating that into a fourth istalment in the film franchise. That would cool.

I thought the aviary was in the third book, with the Pterodactyls.

Unfortuently there is no 3rd book. They put it in the third movie; on site B. However, even though it was not shown in the 1st movie, the Aviary was big in the 1st book. biggrin

I think we'll see another movie. exclaim Unless the copyrights run out, I can't forsee another book being published for a long time...

I'd rather have a brand new movie inspired by Jurassic Park but not a sequel. A fourth movie wouldn't make sense. If people keep going to Isla Nublar, and the same damn thing happens every time, it begins to defy logic. At that point it's basically "Why don't you either stop going to the damn island or just blow it up?". Jurassic Park is good, but it doesn't need another sequel. Sequels are nice, but there is a time when they need to stop. Too many sequels can ruin a great movie series. Just look at what happened to Indiana Jones.

I think that JP has kind of gone as far as it can... I love the movies and stuff, but I don't really want another movie.
I want a new dinosaur-themed world to turn up, though. Zombies are all the rage right now (not that I mind) but if they can make that many scenarios where zombies turn up, they can at least come up with a couple awesome dino movies... right?
I was really, really sad when Michael Crichton died, btw; the man was a genius.

heroes never die if they can make that many scenarios where zombies turn up, they can at least come up with a couple awesome dino movies... right? I'd think so. Perhaps one of us should try writing a book?
