Has anybody here heard of the series Kiddy Grade? It's a sci-fi anime about a major (and corrupted) galactic corporation with an elite military (fundamentally similar to the Shin-Ra Electric Power Company from FFVII). The two main characters are a busty 16-year-old brunette named Èclair and a young puple-haired hacker named Lumiére. It's full of action and is drawn to attract more male viewers, not for the lack of action.
