We interrupt this thread with a SPECIAL ALERTEarly this evening a discovery was made!
Though little to nothing is known about it, we come to you - the citizens of Statik - in hopes that some of you may volunteer you time to help us decipher this breaking news.
Reports state that a few hours ago a young group of explorers were hiking through the woods to the South of Brighthaven. They were lost, and pretty confused on where they were. The hikers say they had pretty much given up hope and had tried to build some form of shelter for the night. As they began their search for wood, they were approached by a Flufferhorn that appeared to be rather calm, and extremely old. The Hikers immediately attempted entrance it, but nothing they tried seemed to work.
The Hikers went on to say that the Flufferhorn - who appeared to quite old - simply shook her head at the would be attempts at a capture, and instead slowly nudged the two into following it, back into town.
Hikers described this mysterious Flufferhorn to Fritchiebot - who came up with a detailed sketch of what the two had described to her. Below is the result.

After hearing the story from the two Hikers, Bittersweet was shocked by the tale and has set out on her own to find her. The last thing she was stated as saying, were simple mumbles as she backed her bags for the journey ahead, sources later stated that Bittersweet was quoted as having stated -
"The stories were true."
We ask that anyone who may have seen, or may know anything informational about this Flufferhorn please contact Statik's authorities at once.

OK guys!
Here's how the contest works!
Bittersweet has set off in search of the Flufferhorn depicted above - she believes it may be a link to The Statik Realm's past.
Your job, is to tell us who she is, and what her secret is.
This Flufferhorn will hold a large Roleplay base, and if won she should be used for such.
Entrants are expected to post here - with a small essay written with at least two paragraphs describing who this Flufferhorn is, and what her link to the Statik Realms past is.
You have free reign to create any past you choose for her, so long as it connects her to a very important background story.
All entrants will be judged by the Colorist who created her, which in this case will be - Cosmoses -
All entries should be posted her, and can only be edited twice. This contest will run most likely into next weekend, and should end on the 23rd of August.
Good luck on your entries, and we can't wait to see what you come up with!

I knew it! I thought I had a seen a Fluffer up on the ridge the other day..... (when I was hiding from Dae and her wild obsession with the FLuffers)
When I asked Sparkles and the others about the one I had seen this is the story I was told. There once was a wise motherly Fluffer that loved nothing more than taking care of the younger ones and telling them the stories of their history. All the Fluffers would come from all the lands to hear her speak every Saturday evening around a HUGE bonfire. As the FLuffers gathered Cosmoses(due to her age and wisdom) would begin to weave tales of wonder and delight. Tales of ancient ones exploring and adventuring through the lands. Tales of younger ones inventing wonderful things to see and do, and others who were happy simply wondering through the beautiful lands in search of new plants and animals.
One story in particular stood out to me. It was about the day Cosmoses left and then didnt return Saturday to tell her stories. Everyone waited and waited. But she never came. There were rumors that she had decided that her little Fluffers needed to get out on their own and start their own stories. SO in order to get them to do just that she decided to leave them and let them begin their own journeys. Hoping to return one day to hear all the wonderful stories they had to pass on to younger generations. Maybe enough time has passed and she is finally getting ready to make her journey back to the little Fluffers whom she has only watched from afar. Time to hear all the new adventures and see the new things they have to share.

"The stories were true."
The hikers watched as Bittersweet left to find the strange fluffer, then one yelped as she was suddenly pounced upon from behind a human-shaped ball of bubbly energy. "What stories?" Satu whined, her evil neko bot perched on her head as per usual. "What are you guys talking about, huuuuuh?" she wheedled, her arms still about the female hiker's neck.
She could only splutter, wondering why this... person... was touching her, but her companion was a bit more eloquent. "While we were hiking." he began, shaking his head, wonder in his voice. "There was this cave tucked away... we thought it would be fun to explore it later, so we were just going to go in the entrance, see what kind of equipment we'd need. That's when we saw her... and everything else." Her interest and curiosity peaked, Satu lunged from the female hiker to the male, her eyes wide and sparkling.
"Her who? And what do you mean, everything else? C'mon, tell me! Pretty pretty please?! If you do, I won't let Maya here scratch you like I know she wants to." she added cheerfully.
The man laughed nervously, then forged ahead. "It was, well, a Flufferhorn, sleeping. But not like any I've seen before. And there was just this... feeling hanging around her. Like she was older than I would guess, you know? But that wasn't the strangest part. She was surrounded by tons, and I mean like, piles of books and scrolls, sheaves of paper... anything you could write on. I don’t know why but... hey! Where are you going?"
"To find this totally awesome sounding fluffer!" she answered happily as she ran after Bittersweet, fumbling in her pack to see if she still had some of her berry cream and talismans left - she needed that fluffer!
~~~~~~~~~~
It took her awhile to catch up with Bittersweet, and when she did, she was told firmly that she could not capture this particular Fluffer. This led to a rather pouty Satu as they neared the cave, the young woman sulking at her turn of luck. She'd overheard something so cool, and she was going to be the first... well... second... one on the scene, and then it was spoiled!
"Here we are. Stick close, and don't make any sudden movements. We don't want to scare her." Bittersweet murmured, and then, together, the two of them entered the cave. It was just like the hikers had described, only now... she wasn't sleeping anymore. She was awake, and a blank book lay open in front of her. Suddenly, words began to appear on the page, and Satu couldn't help but squeak, covering her mouth with one hand as she read them.
"Greetings, humans. I knew I'd be found one day... I didn't expect it to be so soon. Don't be afraid." This seemed to be directed at Satu, for the fluffer looked to her as it was written. "I am Shannon, and I am the Keeper."
"Keeper... of what?" Satu asked, her voice shaking slightly, while Bittersweet only watched, seeming already to know the answer to the question.
"Of History, of course. I record it as it happens. These books... this library... it is one of my storage places. I have many. This is the newest. I like it... it used to be quiet." she added through the book, a twinkle in her eye. "Forgive me for not speaking to you directly, but it is not permitted. The Keeper must remain silent. I must influence History as little as possible. I am here only to see, and to record."
Satu nodded, jaw hanging slightly open, then turned to Bittersweet, the pout again taking residence on her face. "Are you sure I can't keep her?"
