How can you all get 1 minute on a 1K when it takes me 19:26 to finish 5K?

Rawr! it takes me 18:59 to run a 5k. ( i haven't ran one since my first year of cc though...)

never timed my kilo, but i can run a 2:28 800m and a 5:45 1600m

soccerangel93308 never timed my kilo, but i can run a 2:28 800m and a 5:45 1600m pretty good times :] 800m isn't really my event usually 2mile and mile i got 5:30 on my mile but my last track season i got sick 3 times =___= doesn't that suck?.. do you do cross-country? biggrin

I've never ran 1k but my best mile is 4:57 and my 800 is 2:30 but i havm't ran that since 4 years ago in middle school.
