Mine is my anonymity.
And it is slowly slipping away.

By thing I assume we're talking posessions. Hmm.. well, if there was a fire, I'd grab my laptop, my purse (and condiments I keep inside such as mobile, palm, wallet, and assortment of lip glosses ^^), and if I could, my PC tower. Also my pictures of my family and dad. And my bunny (stuffed, had it since the day I was born). The rest of it can burn and be replaced eventually.

My most cherished posession would have to be my grandfathers beer mug, it's one of the last things I've got left to remember him by.
My most cherished things though would have to be my knowledge and my memories, both of which I'd hate to loose.

My most cherished posession.... hmmm... *ponders*
I'm a huge pack rat so there's a lot of junk in my room that I've kept for some reason or another. So there's quite a bit of stuff here that has a special meaning for me. But just to pick some things my blankie (yes, i'm 19 and still have my blankie) and my Tinker Bell Doll. whee

another one of my most cherished things would have to be my family. I could not leave them in the house if it was on fire.
