Oooooh. Okay okay. Hmmm, there are as many types of rice as there are countries in the world. Places tend to make food their own, making it a trademark. Arroz con Gandules is pretty much my countries traditional dish. You get the rice, the lechon asado, and a bit of green salad on the side. Very good tasting. You sometimes get morcilla and a pastel while you are at it. *Smacks lips*
If you ever have any doubts on food, please just ask, I enjoy talking of food, it is what I am studying after all. wink I may not know the english names of everything, as you could just appreciate.

I have no idea what oneegiri is, but I do like Blue Cheese. I have a preference for Smoked Gouda though. blaugh Mmmm smoked gouda...
