A mansion with roughly ten rooms, seven living rooms, and eleven bathrooms. Plus an underground area used for storage and training.
It is run by Katsu Arata, and other members of the second squad of the order of the Black Flame. Others from the order are allowed to take refuge there for as long as they wish, and will be treated with the utmost respect. This mansion is located on a prarie in North Africa, and is visible to other spirits, and spiritualy aware humans only.

Katsu is currently in Karakura.
