I was just wondering if anybody has read the BoF 4 Manga? I just noticed it on Onemanga, haven't actually gotten around to reading it all yet but I will. On the subject of manga, does anybody know if there are other Breath of Fire merchandise out there? A Ryu plushie would be nice 4laugh

I still haven't finished the first chapter, just about to see Fou-Lu so I'm happy. I'm just hoping it's not going to be censored like my BoF 4 game is...
I'm going to hop on Ebay and take a look around.

I didn't find anything interesting, just the usual games and guides. Ryu speaks in this manga eek I don't know what to make of it.

Well, he does speak a few times in BoF1. (Remembering when and what is a fun trivia question.)
I've seen a Megaman X manga (on MangaTraders), but I wasn't expecting to see a BoF4 manga... pretty sweet.
EDIT:
Yeah, there's some definite material for fan-pairings there. lol
Instead of Ryu just trying to find out who he is, he's dealing with a constant feeling that someone (Fou-Lu) is calling for him. I'm halfway through the first volume and it's pretty close to the game otherwise, so definitely read it if you want to know the story while still getting to see the entertaining manga asides and stuff.

I don't remember him speaking in the first BoF. Maybe playing all of the games where he doesn't speak has wiped out that memory for me, haha.
I think that it would be cool if they made a BoF anime. (I believe Kyo would agree.)

I'd like to see a BOF anime too...
From what I remember of the first game Ryu speaks when he requests passage over the bridge on the other side of Windia: "Well there is one thing..."
And I believe also when the giant robot fell into the volcano when Tuntar (I think it was Tuntar...I always get confused between the two villages!), Ryu just said "Wow!"

I got the manga of BOF IV xD
good drawing from the artist even though
Makes me wonder if they gonna make an anime of BOF and which series would they make if it happened???xd xD xD xD

Well, they made a cartoon from Legend of Zelda...
I doubt they'd have very much trouble thinking of a story for a BOF anime. I mean, they could use any, (or all,) of the games.

I've read as far as OneManga could show me. It sure does hint that Scias has fallen for Nina. smile I always pictured him with Ursula, not her, but it's a cute pairing none the less.
