any regrets?
PostPosted: Tue Aug 18, 2009 5:04 pm

Nope! I believe if you live with regrets, you're not living at all. Regrets lead to doubting yourself, doubting yourself leads to an obsession that will drive you to try to fix what isn't broken, this obsession will lead to loss of happiness, loss of happiness can lead to... well;any number of tragic endings.
Besides my attention-span is way too short for me to have time to regret anything, even if I wanted to.

not really. i do what i do or don't do because i believe in it,
and if i did or didn't believe in what i do or don't, i wouldn't be me.
ahaha, that was slightly confusing.

anyway, every stage i've gone through in my life has led
up to me becoming who i am, and i'm finally content with myself.
i feel as if i did anything differently in my past, i could have turned
out completely different and i think that if i was any other way,
or thought of myself any other way, i'd be off the mark or confused
as to who i really am. i'm glad i made the decisions i've made.

OK... both of you are have a sort of confusing logic. and, no, I don't have any regrets. I could die today and be perfectly happy.

Confusing, maybe;but it works for us. I wouldn't change one second of my past;both the good and the bad has helped shape who I am. My past miseries has given me wonderful friends I might not have had otherwise, which in turn has given me my happiness.

Yes, I have plenty of regrets. I just try not to focus on them very much, instead I live in the present and forge myself the future of my choosing. Learn from your mistakes, your regrets, and you won't ever find yourself regretting that thing again.
