Straight--------------- PERSONALITY Clyde is rather quiet most of the time, letting his actions speak for him. He thinks everything over before deciding upon one option. His work with animals exceeds most in which he never truly needs to think about it. He dreams of peace, not much of a fighter. However the best thing to do is stay on his good side. Having a bad past can warp a mind and that's exactly what has happened to Clyde. When he goes into a rage he tends to not be able to tell friend from foe but luckily he has much control over his rage factor.--------------- Weaknesses:

The most noticeably part about Clyde is his cloak. Its the cloak that he is always wearing, a "gift" from his father. Its a deep purple color all around with golden lines over the seams. His father's initials are on the right shoulder, G.V.D. On his left shoulder is his own initials, C.G.D. Both sets of initials are in gold lettering. The cloak goes all the way to his ankles and then stops. It has an inside pocket that holds his wand and wallet.
His hair is slightly wavy at the top and then straightens out. This is all natural. However its a darker black than most anybodies. Again this is natural as he sees all hair products, besides cleaning, as killers to the environment and animals. He doesn't dress it up too much, usually just leaving it how he wakes or letting it airdry. Appearances are not a big deal to him.
The last noticeable part about Clyde's appearance is his crosses. He wears multiple ones, growing up in a very religious house. He isn't as religious as the one that raised him but he likes the appearance and design of the cross. He has one rather large one that he has for his necklace and two cross earrings. If he isn't wearing the cross earrings he has two yin-yang ones.--------------- PAST Quick List:

Detailed:
Clyde was born to a muggle and a wizard. His mother was the muggle and his father was a wizard. With such a marriage his father was exile from the wizardry world but promised his children, if not squibs, would not be punished. The night he was born was a new moon. His father hoped this would mean that he was a symbol of hope and purity.
At the age of three a shadow like figure broke into the house. His mother had no idea who it was but his father had every idea, he called him son. This was Gerard Genson. When Gerard was fifteen and almost graduated early from Hogwarts, he came to see his father for what should have been a heartwarming reunion. However Gerard killed him, and Clyde's mother. Clyde had no idea who it was and blackout. He has no remaining memory of this night.
From that point on Clyde lived with his grandmother on his father's side. This was what was on Gaine's will so that the powers would not spook Barbara when they arrived. When that day finally came he was found in the kitchen with a pot as a cauldron and a liquid within it. He consumed it and began talking to the dog as if he understood the dog. Barbara was shocked, even Gaine's powers didn't come like this. It was no shock that the next year his letter for Hogwarts arrived.
He started rather easily at Hogwarts his first two years. It wasn't until his third year that he showed where he excelled, Care of Magical Creatures. He took it ever year, learning of the new animals but it really came as no surprise to anyone that knew him. He finished the rest of his classes as an average student, except potions. He excelled there too, but not quite like Care of Magical Creatures.
Over the next few years he spent time in the Azkaban office. This allowed him plenty of time to work on his Patronus spell. While working there he received his letter to return to Hogwarts as a teacher. He was shocked that they wanted him to teach Care of Magical Creatures. He took the job up, wanting to leave from Azkaban and finally having another source of income.
Over the next five years of teaching the class the Ravenclaw House Head retired, it was the same Head of House as when he was going to the school. She recommenced him for the job and the Headmister of the time took the recommendation. Clyde couldn't turn it down and took up the position as well as his teaching one. Clyde is able to make a potion that allows you to talk to animals of any kind. He has taken so much of it, it is permanent for him. He is willing to make it for any teacher but refuses it to any students who are not in his class.
