Tiz a very large temple, hidden deep in the mountains of Neutral territory. This is also a great place to walk around, there is a large river and waterfall where the sounds of whisking waters are said to calm the soul. The water is clean and clear, even drinking it will make you feel younger and more spirited.
To keep it safe, only the neutral people know how to access these areas.

A dark portal appears atop the temple as Hinote jumps out and looks down on the citizens. His appearance seemed different from before but his eyes were as cold as ever. Hmm, so the city system keeps the power in check.
