Remember the tips from the 'Review Rules n' Guidelines':
" 1) Try and include the following aspects: time frame, communication, and price.
The first two are easy- time frame simply means let us know how long the process(es) took: a day for the order to go through, two for the invoice, a week for it to ship to you, 12 days overall, etc.
Communication would be how quickly the store got back to you, how well they answered questions, etc. Customer service is a big part of it, or vice versa...
Price, I'd say, is necessary. Yes, society says that telling people how much something costs is 'tacky', but in this case, it's more helpful improper. The total price is what we're after, but the more specific, the better. (Price of the kigu itself, service fee, shipping expense, etc.) And including your country would also be helpful. 3nodding
Still, if you're not comfortable sharing the price, that's alright as well. No grudges shall be held--promise. heart "

To give you a TL;DR version right off the bat: Capsule Tokyo is awesome.
The details about this transaction are a bit blurry (due to the time that has passed and the lackluster quality of my memory). Kangarumi might actually recall things a bit better, since she is less of an idiot and was involved the whole way. : > If anyone has any deeper questions that I end up skimming/not remembering, just ask me to ask her.
First off, the time frame was awesome. I'm unsure of the exact date I ordered, but it was all really fast. From confirmation to arrival, it was less than five days. It shipped out the day after it was confirmed, and the tracking worked well.
Secondly, the communications were unnecessary, but probably would have been awesome. It was all very strait forward, but, since they have an English site, I doubt it would have been a problem.
Thirdly, the product itself was (and you may be sensing a pattern now) awesome. I love it sooooooo much. Just to give you an insight of how awesomely awesome it was, I shall tell you the events of it'sunwrapping.
Once set free from its shipping-box cage, the kappa pjs at once were surrounded by a halo of light and angelic music. It then used its super powers to fly across the world to a small and withering village where it marched into the center of the square and tapped its adorable beak against the dirt. Instantly a well of purest water rose, thus saving the villagers from dying out. There was much rejoicing and, its deed done for the day, it flew back over to my house so I could sleep comfortably at night.
That's a true story. It is just that (mwahaha, again!) awesome.
The price was a bit less awesome. ;___; It hurt a bit, since it was one of the most expensive ways of getting a kigu. Oh well. Every roooooooseee haaasss ittttttss thhhooorrrns~~
