This is the place to leave your reviews for the online store, Euro Gal :]
---- Remember the tips from the 'Review Rules n' Guidelines':
" 1) Try and include the following aspects: time frame, communication, and price.
The first two are easy- time frame simply means let us know how long the process(es) took: a day for the order to go through, two for the invoice, a week for it to ship to you, 12 days overall, etc.
Communication would be how quickly the store got back to you, how well they answered questions, etc. Customer service is a big part of it, or vice versa...
Price, I'd say, is necessary. Yes, society says that telling people how much something costs is 'tacky', but in this case, it's more helpful improper. The total price is what we're after, but the more specific, the better. (Price of the kigu itself, service fee, shipping expense, etc.) And including your country would also be helpful. 3nodding
Still, if you're not comfortable sharing the price, that's alright as well. No grudges shall be held--promise. heart "

well, here goes! i ordered it quite some time ago, though (2008 oh my god), so sorry if i don't provide as much info as expected...
i ordered a pikachu kigurumi! i'm not sure how long it took for the order to go through, but i don't think it was very long (three days at the very most). shipping it off took a few days. once he had shipped it off it only took a week, however! i was pleasantly surprised 'cause usually our mail service is a d**k about foreign things etc etc
communication was very good (:! k wataru, the manager of euro gal, was always very friendly and polite. he answered promptly and there was no hassle at all.
i chose to get the "small packet" when it came to shipping, which has insurance, is cheaper and takes more or less 7-10 days to get to its destination (in this situation, it was belgium) not including the weekends. it did. the shipping cost me 15,50 euro on top of the 40 euro for the kigurumi itself. the total was 65,50 euro.
oh, and just for those who are curious about the kigurumi itself; it is one size, 160 cm to 175 cm (... which is way too big for me, but it fits snugly n__n). it's very warm-- when i wore it in the winter i needed no blankets to cover me up, it was that awesome! it's cute and very well made and i love wearing it.
hope that helps! heart

I ordered my Hello Kitty and Pikachu kigus from here around last December, and I was very pleased with the service. I used the cheaper, slower method of shipment, but it still came quite quickly (don't remember exact time frame). They send you a picture of the package to show that your order is being sent. I'm a newb when it comes to ordering online, but they were very helpful and patient with my questions. The quality of the kigurumi is excellent (I got the winter material), and they have so far proved to be durable. For the two, plus shipping and handling, it came to a bit over $200 CAN.
