Neppa is based off of Iori Yagami from King of Fighters, though I'm sure that was fairly easy to see.
Conrad is based off Yamazaki Ryuuji from King of Fighters. Just look at his moves and I'm sure you'll see it.
And Andrew is just a skinny version of me! eek
