To me it's a debate between Nightmare before Christmas, and the first two batman movies.

ALL of them! whee With the exception of 'Pee-wee's Big Adventure';the guy creeps the hell out of me...
'Course it's needless to say The Nightmare Before Christmas and Edward Scissorhands are both classics. 3nodding

Awen Dana I reserve the right to change that when Alice in Wonderland comes out.....I can't wait mrgreen I saw a few trailers;it looks amazing!
I just hope that, unlike the very much anticipated 'Ponyo' and '9',they actually show it in theaters where I live.

Everyone is going to say the Nightmare Before christmas which I did love but it's become so popular now that it's lost some of its credibility to me...it's been merchandised to hell....the little teeny goths and emos have everything covered in it..
I really love Sleepy Hollow which alot of people look over...I love Johnny Depp's performance and the whole gothic style of the film. It's brilliant.
Anyone looking forward to Tim Buton's adaptation of Alice in Wonderland?

I agree 'Sleepy Hollow' was a great film,it's one of my favourites;but 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' was the first Tim Burton film I ever saw,and that makes it all the more special to me no matter how much the media exploits it. xd

Nightmare Before Christmas hardly even counts as a Tim Burton Movie, hiw involvement in that movie was hands off at best as he was busy with other projects at the time.
He gets way to much credit for that movie while the director is ignored. So much so that the only way harry Selic(SP) can get people to see his movies is if they are tagged as "By the director of Nightmare Before Christmas." sad that a talanted director has to fool people into thinking he's Tim Burton to get people to see his movies.
Sorry on topic, Bettlejuice.

I'm also going to say Sweeny Todd (I forgot that Tim Burton directed it redface ) I am a big fan of musicals and this one is deliciously beautiful, twisted, and gory all at once. twisted

I'm fond of Nightmare Before Christmas, Sweeney Todd and Sleepy Hollow.
I also really liked his remake of Planet of the Apes (more than the original actually) and Big Fish. Anyone else out there have Big Fish love or is it just me?
