Descriptions:
Route 19 is a predominantly north-south water route in southern central Kanto. Its northern terminus is at Fuchsia City. Its south end is at Route 20 east of the Seafoam Islands.
Route 20 is an east-west water route located in southern Kanto. Of the three water routes in Kanto, Route 20 is the longest in length. The eastern terminus is at Route 19 east of the Seafoam Islands, while the western end is at Cinnabar Island. The Seafoam Islands lay in the center of the route.
Route 21 is a long north-south water route located in southwest Kanto. Its northern terminus is at Pallet Town. The southern terminus is at the north shore of Cinnabar Island.
