My name doesn't have a meaning. But my grandmother's name (who I was named after but not directly), Evelyn, is a Latin derivitive of avis meaning "bird". xd My name is so unique, so that's the closest I came to.

According to behindthename.com;
Reuben - Means "behold, a son" in Hebrew. In the Old Testament he was the eldest son of Jacob and Leah and the ancestor of one of the twelve tribes of Israel. It has been used as a Christian name in Britain since the Protestant Reformation.

Lacey and its variants may also be used in reference to lace, the delicate fabric made of netted thread, hence giving it a feminine connotation. (old french)
