Personally,the first thing I notice about either sex(in case you don't already know,I'm bi) would be the eyes. You can tell so much about a person from their eyes. Or at least I can;I don't know about you...

How 'bout you? What do you see first? Hmmmmm?

Honestly I don't really notice anything particular about them first. I just see the person as they are, a whole. But I end up thinking about the guy's hands and jaw the most. I can always imagine drawing it, or tracing my fingers along them.
