ORIGINALLY POSTED BY: LUCI THE FALLEN ONE

I starting this as a discussion on what series' members are into or want to know about, Basically a very generalized topic, for those that don't want to create a separate sub forum topic just to say "Twilight's awesome/Harry Potter Rules/Go Shakespeare"... I know that last one was a stretch but you get the drift

Personally I want to continue:
-The Witches of Eileanan
-Song in the Silence
-Marked
and of course there's more but these are just to start icon_3nodding.gif

I loved Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter and plan on re-reading those.

But currently I'm reading:
the Dragonriders of Pern series by Anne McCaffrey
Egyptian Mystery series by Elizabeth Peters
Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series by Michael Scott

And I'm always looking for other series by great authors.

This series took a while for me to get into probably because there are so many characters to learn. Now that I know them, my pace has picked up. I have finished the first 2 trilogies and am now reading Moreta which introduces a lot of other characters, but I'm better prepared this time and I'm really liking this series. They're talking about making a movie out of these so I definitely want to read the books first. I also saw somewhere that Anne McCaffrey is working on some type of musical composition to go with the books so you could read while listening to the music??!!! I don't know if that ever happened.
