If you take out the Hitler and the killing of the Jews, would you get a political idea, like communism or Fascism? I mean, Germany attempted taking over the world twice. (ex., in WWII), and they had alot of Allies, like Italy and Japan, and at that time, Austria-Hungary.

WWI Germany wasn't Fascist, just a giant Military that happened to have a state.

If by us you mean the working class...
Then yes! We are trying to take over the world!
On another note. Fascism with out a Fascist is just police-state Capitalism. It wouldn't at all look like Communism.
