These are the studies I've made of the dolls.
Regular dolls (red dress):They are not that dangerous,just don't hit them.
collectibles (yellow):Are more aggressive,once in range,they WILL come after you.
Kats doll(unknown):Unknown right now.
I suggest one should be at about...an overall CL of 3.0 or higher maybe.If lower,must have really good rings.be at caution.these dolls are animated from Japanese dolls,named,as you thought,kokeshi dolls.

A note on Kat' Doll(the black& white one): extremely dangerous! Aggressive and just freakin' powerful! Only approach with a full group...

Study number 2:They seem to be calm when not harmed...seems like they are fine when not harmed,so do NOT harm the reds,and you will be fine.They just walk or stand there...
