-Noriko has the ability to delve into a persons mind and reveal their darkest fear. It then uses that against them in combat.
Shinkai: Fill their hearts with fear and show the true meaning of despair,

-Reveal!-This is the first attack. Ayame uses her speed to get in close to her oponent, then attacks which when the blade connects with her opponent, Noriko gets to work and finds their fear.
-Despair!- This is the phase in which Ayame activates her swords ability and creates the illusion of the oponents fear.
Bankai: Kujo Noriko Sato
-The oponent is made to believe that they are in Noriko's world. Once this happens it's not likely you'll survive.
-Soul Shatter- Once bankai has been released, all of theoponents fears start to appear, causing them to loose mental stability.

History:Ayame was born to Kisuke and Yuroichi. She grew up learning all of the basics of shinigami ettiquette. When she was old enough, Ayame was signed up fr the Academy. 6 months after that, Yuroichi, Kisuke, and the vizards all vanished. Heartbroken, the young girl was sent to reside with Ukitake and Kaien in Division 13. As she grew, Ayame continued her studies. Many years passed, and she finally came to be 13th division captain. Unfortunately, she has a bad tendancy to get bronchitis attacks. They can leave her down for days. As a joke she became known as Ukitake's Incarnate.
