Common Traits of the House Members
Students belonging to this house are known to be hard-working, friendly, loyal, and non-judgemental. It may be that due to their values, Hufflepuffs are not as competitive as the other houses, or are more modest about their accomplishments. Gryffindor and Slytherin share an enormous rivalry, and thus are extremely competitive with one another, whereas Ravenclaw is defined by the intelligence and academic accomplishments of its members. Hufflepuff appears to have the least rivalry with the other houses, except in Quidditch, although the Triwizard Tournament did temporarily put a great deal of strain on the relationship between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, due to unusual circumstances of the selection of both Harry Potter and Cedric Diggory as Champions.
According to Minerva McGonagall, all four of the houses have produced exceptional witches and wizards in their time, but due to Helga Hufflepuff's policy of accepting any student and its usually poor performance in the House Cup, Hufflepuff is often thought of as the place where students are sorted when they don't have any of the qualities of the other three houses, which have more defined attributes. Perhaps as a consequence of the broad principles of acceptance upon which it is founded, Hufflepuff has been stereotyped as the house of the unexceptional (or, more unkindly, as "a lot o' duffers"). This also corresponds with the Sorting Hat's song where it states:
"Dear Hufflepuff, she took the rest and taught them all she knew."
However, this does not mean that there are no talented students in Hufflepuff, or that there aren't students in other houses who perform poorly. Neville Longbottom was sorted into Gryffindor and is unremarkable in all subjects except, ironically, Herbology, which is Professor Sprout's class. Additionally, Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle appeared to have been particularly poor performers in all subjects, and did not possess the cunning and ambition prized by Slytherin.
So, though the House is said to have forgone glory for centuries, it is not without its share of exceptional individuals. For example, Hufflepuff Cedric Diggory brought his house rare glory as its Quidditch captain and later as Hogwarts' Champion in the Triwizard Tournament in 1994.[1] Also, Nymphadora Tonks was an exceptionally talented Auror who was sorted into Hufflepuff.
Hufflepuff firmly demonstrated its loyalty during the Battle of Hogwarts in 1998, when they were second only to Harry Potter's own house of Gryffindor in the number of students willing to stay and fight against Voldemort and his forces in the defence of their school.

Sexuality: straight --------------- PERSONALITY [Remi has two sides to his personality, the bubbly side, and as known to many star wars fans; but not same meaning, the dark side of his personailty, and I shall briefly explain them.
The bubbly side: Remi is quite goofy and childish with this outlook of personailty, and is the one he frequently uses. He plays around and seems cuter with his actions, and seems alot younger than he is. Like most of the time, he is really curious about things he shouldnt go near, but does anyways.... then there is the side that usally happens when he gets his vision: his dark side.
The dark side: this, is his visionary personailty, and he seems more dark and dreary this way. He seems more mysterious, and ghost like; as if he wasnt real. He would appear in the most weirdest situations when it happens. He prefers places that are quiet, and where their are few people around. He is most likely to break rules during this personality on purpose. ] --------------- Weaknesses: Fluffy things, pets, some girls and dragons.
Strengths: He strength and speed are double at his age, and seering.
Secrets: He gets this sudden look, and bad luck just suddenly occurs. it is unknown why he is like this, and no one knows why it occurs

His hair is raven black with small dark red streaks on the tips. His hair is midlength, and comes under his chin.... it is held up with mini belts in his hair. his collar for his shirt hides is mough and extends upward to his nose, and has a dark colored ruby in the middle of his shirt. His sweater is cloakish, and is a slate blue color, exetending to the color of his hair with bells and pearls. It seems burned at the tips.
His pants are simular to samerai pants, and are a dark maroon color, and has black stripes. They are too long for him, and he frequently can trip over them.Remi wears a unique type of shoe, in which is a sandal that has a cross lace in a black-blue color, and he is wearing silver socks. He has three belts around his waist, and a bead necklace around his neck, for they are a momento to what had happened to him years ago.
His phyisque is unique to him, and him only. Remi is very small in both hight and length, but is made up for his amazing speed, and stamina. His eyes have this unique blank look, as if nothing had go on the inside of his own head. His balance and lightness makes it seem if he doesnt seem to have gravity at all, to look as if he was a ghost, and had been mistaken to be one because of this.

Detailed:
It all started, when Remi's mother was raped by a death eater whom was attack his home town. This evil person, his father, had ruined his life ever since. Where ever little Remi had went, disaster was surely to occur, and he would know minutes before it had happened. The first time he had these visions was at the 2nd grade at his new school..... he was the only person whom survived the catastrophe.
When he was five years old, he wandered into the wood, and fell into what he thought at the time was a giant birds nest...... it was really a nest of a fire breathing dragon, and the eggs were hatching, beleiving he was lunch. As remi struggled from the area, the mother scratched at him, and flung him to a tree, in which he nearly died from.... he was lucky enough to have a wizard take him home to his mother, in which took him to the hostpital.
The last few things that had happened to Remi's life, for a few minor mishaps of his unique seering ability... the worst was when his mother had to frequently move away from place to place, to support the family; most of Remi's babysitters had beat on him as if there was no tommorrow..... then the most wonderful thing happened to him when he was visiting england to see his mother's new job, as a banker to a unique bank.
Remi, at the time never heard of anything magical except for the dragon insident, and found out his mother now worked at a bank called grignotts, as a secrectary. Then, a owl had gaven a letter to him to hogwarts! amazed as he was, he was exscorted by one of the goblins, with a 3500 dollars (converted to wizard gallons of course) to buy his supplies.

Sexuality: straight --------------- PERSONALITY He has a shy disposition but can be talkative around people he's been close to for years. When he was living with his aunt and uncle he was bullied and picked on by the muggles in the nearby village for doing strange things with magic. This is why he has come to be the way he is today. Despite his shyness he has an extremely smart mind and he possesses a special talent for fixing just about anything and knowledge of complex machines and mechanics. No matter what kind of difficult situation, Brooklyn is always willing to assist anyone in anyway possible as he takes it head on. Unless, it's a situation he has never been in.
His sad past may have changed him, but he doesn't believe that everyone is distrustful and cruel as he knows the good from the bad. Brooklyn may sometimes over analyze a situation and take it further than is necessary to the point where he hurts himself emotionally. Hyperactive people scare him into almost not talking at all. Pointless destruction unnerves and upsets him. If it's something he cares a lot about, he may jump in without thinking, and then think about it later only to regret it. --------------- Weaknesses: shy around people he doesn't know, slugs creep him out. he might start off screwing up a spell he is beginning to learn badly(however he makes up for it by learning it quickly)

Whenever he's working on a car or anything to he can do with a wrench, he usually wears a set of blue jean overalls that cover a purple t-shirt. He wears goggles that either cover his eyes or sit on his head. On the weekends when he's not working on mechanics, he wears an aqua blue shirt with khaki shorts. With that, he wears Toms that are black. His school robes are just like his fellow classmates. This is for during the week only.
When he wants to relax when he's in the dorms, he wears a red and white striped shirt. Along with that he wears black jeans and blue flip flops. When he gets cold he wears his favorite brown leather jacket. Brooklyn's dress are a royal purple, he even says that when he's wearing it sometimes he feels like a king. He's five feet and three inches.
For watching Hufflepuff's quiddtich games he wears black jeans and a bright yellow t-shirt. He sometimes comes up with a cheer in his head and as he gets into the game he suddenly shouts it out. On days where he just doesn't feel like doing much he wears a plain green t-shirt and a pair of white sport shorts.

Detailed:
When he was little the people in his village started doing things that they normally wouldn't do and since he was little he can't remember much of it. That was why he was taken to his aunt and uncle's. It was to protect him. However, the village next to his aunt and uncle's cottage was full of bullies and whenever he tried to make friends they'd pick on him. However, it was only because he did magic by accident sometimes and to them he was doing weird stuff. They wanted him to stop, but of course he doesn't know how.
His aunt and uncle were killed right in front of his eyes by evil rouge wizards who abused their power. One of the wizards was tall and he had no hair on his head. He growled as he picked up little Brooklyn,"This one won't stop crying. Should we kill him?" The other wizard had a hood covering his face and was slightly shorter than the bald wizard. And with that they left Brooklyn to cry his heart out and the next day be picked up by a Hogwarts teacher.
Before he was living with his relatives he was always happy with his parents and for a time it was peaceful. He didn't have much to be concerned about and he spent some of his time playing with his friends. Other times he spent messing with computers, cars, and other things you could fix with a screwdriver and wrench.

To put it in simple terms, Lyn is pretty much the fem!Voldemort, though to a bit of a lesser degree. Is only cold and heartless and all that when pushed to the limit. Has pretty much no temper unless one talks about her family, her father, or Smee. Has been known to put others in the medical wing for up to three months due to an outburst, though doesnt remember it afterward. If being teased, they will bounce right off her as she goes her marry way.
She's kind to the point of being nearly evil. When someone is in need, she's quick to help them, and will do anything it takes to help the person, even if it means she's hurting others. This doesnt mean she just becomes a mindless slave to the person she's helping, she does have morals. But if Person A has been harmed by Person B, she will go after Person B with everything she has. For the most part though, it's unintentional.
There are three things that she's loyal to, and they are: her House, her family, and Smee. Even though she knows that her father killed her mother, and her brother's mother's, she still writes a letter to him every month, even though everyone has said the effort is futile to go through. Also, though people say her family is crazy, she still remains loyal, not having any doubt in her mind that she will want to stay a Nightshade for the rest of her life.

Appearance:
Every week, Lyn's hair color changes, though from magic or Muggle ways is unknown to most outside of her House. Returning to Hogwarts for her fourth year, her hair color is deep red.
Her eyes are a dark blue grey color, like the rest of her brother's. Her hair length usually doesnt change, so most of the time there are two strips in the front that reach her collar bones, while the rest is cropped short and shaved in the back. It's soft and straight, and her bangs frame her face. She's about 5'4, and built delicately to the point where she looks frail to onlookers. Skin is a pale color, not sickly pale, but not caramel either. Somewhere in the middle. On her right foot, she only has four toes. (missing the pinkie toe)
Because she doesnt like the school uniform, she usually has only the robes on, with a pair of skinny jeans and a tank top on underneath. If not wearing the robes, she'll wear the grey V-neck jumper with a colored tank top below, the skirt, and mismatching knee length socks. Always has her House tie on, though it's not always around her neck. When forced to by a certain teacher, or by the Head person, she will wear the full uniform, though of course she'll tweak it a bit.

Detailed:
Comes from a pretty weird family, needless to say. They're all pureblood, but most other pureblood families dont associate with them.
When Lyn was born, her father had just remarried for the third time, all of his previous wives dying from 'natural causes'. It was actually the Killing Curse. Currently, he is sitting in Azkaban rotting away. Lyn grew up with her 4 older brothers, Flower, James, Casper, and Sven. Because of the odd past they share, people are usually on edge about anyone who is related to the Nightshade family, or show blatant dislike. She doesnt have a lot of close friends, because people always think she's going to bust out and kill them one day.
Growing up, Lyn was mainly around Casper, because her other other brothers were off doing their own Wizarding things (Sven; working with dragons, Flower; working with Muggles, James; unknown). They traveled the world up until she was 10, for Casper wanted to make sure they got the letter to go to Hogwarts and didnt miss it. After receiving the letter, it was really a mad dash to get everything in time, because being a house full of Wizard guys living in the Muggle world, they were of course disorganized.
Keeps a journal with her everywhere she goes, because before she left, Sven gave it to her, telling her that he'd write in one too so they could swap stories.
