hm... well... maybe you can hold a guild rally or something. that would be fun. Then the winner will win a collectible or something awesome. or maybe a posting contest. Or maybe you can set up an awesome thread in chatterbox and hold a contest then there you can say " If you liked this contest- join this guild (link to guild home page) and then you can earn more awesome stuff in these contests." contests are always super popular.

you could try to announce it in the formus or something...
or have members in the guild tell their friends about it...
