boyfriend issues.

Hey. I'm just wondering what I should do about this situation I'm having with my boyfriend. We've been going out for over two months. In the time that we've been going out he has texted or called me only once. The other times we talk I'm the first one to say anything. We've probably hung out with eachother 4 or 5 times and only twice have we hung out during the summer. Recently, each time I ask him if he wants to hang out he'll say yes and then the next day when we're supposed to hang out he'll either not say anything to me (if I don't say anything to him). Or he'll tell me he's over at his friends' house (when I do say anything to him). I don't know what to do anymore and I'm kind of afraid to talk to him about it because I don't want him to get mad. Any advice?

Well i have posted this on 2 other questions but here i go...
My bf and i r a really great couple and we hang out everyday...
that is until he met this girl named megan at the park somewhere.now they hang out all time and we never get to hang out.at 1 point i asked him when were gonna hang out again and he just kissed me(a little peck)and left.wat the **** am i suppose to do here?
