This is a guide to the battle system.
the effectiveness will be determined by generating a random number.
►Translations◄
Generation numbers- right next to the attack, you'll see number:number (ex 1:10) these are the input numbers. 1:10 means you generate a number from 1 to 10.
Average Numbers - The number between the two generation numbers. For 1:10 it'll be five. If you generate above, you attack. If you generate below, you scrape the oppenent and they counterattack you with a hit or kick. If you get right on the number, you hit the opponent with a decrease of 1 from your health. the counterattack's strength depends on the amount below. In example, if you rolled a 3, your opponent strikes back with an attack of 2. (assuming you're generation numbers are 1:10)
Elemental clashes- Your attacks may clash, overpower, or are feeble against others with different representations.
ie: Amarante decides to battle with a demon or familiar of a fire element. His abilities with plants will not work against it, but his abilities with water will be effective.
Clashes are as such: A light attack increases the darkness of the shadow, but also decreases it's area.
and overpowering is: A fire type can easily catch fire to plants.
