-Each DM will manage his or her own kingdom. They will decide notable NPC's, they will decide the cities, the villages, the dungeons, and anything they could imagine!
-DM's in this forum will meet on a regular basis about World Events and changes. This system will work as a democracy, what I say does not always go.
-Should a DM prove responsible enough, and requests a second kingdom or domain it may be granted.
-DM's will need to set down certain rules for their kingdoms should another DM's campaign wish to cross over into it.
-Anything a DM does while in another DM's kingdom must be noted and sent to the DM, especially if they are not logged on. This includes but is not limited to:
o The meeting of an NPC the "guest' DM created.
o Heroic deeds the "guest" DM's group had done while in the kingdom that would be spoken about.
o The rise of a Villian in the kingdom that is a part of the "guest" DM's group.
o The death of any notable NPC's (should the kingdom's DM allow that to happen) due to the "guest" DM's group.
-Players from one DM's group/kingdom/campaign who wants to switch to another, must notify both DM's, possibly including reasons why.
-Their will be individual threads designed for RP, character development, preparation, shopping, and other various things a player may wish to do (Besides campaigning, killing, and similar activites). These threads will be cities of each Kingdom, they will serve as an RP outlet should the group's DM be taking his time getting ready.
The rules may be edited, if you have any comments on them please speak because I know they're not perfect and I wish to offer the best system of Linear Campaigning available.
