*shrug* sometimes people come from interstate, but Perth is pretty far from Melbourne so prolly not that many travel that far. xd

Personally Anime isn't my thing. I've heard the conventions are really popular though.

While I love anime and the like, I feel out of place in such an event so Most likely I won't be going unless one of my friends drags me along XD

@ LightScribe88: The cons have been increasing in popularity, it’s pretty exciting because you get to hang out with a whole heap of like-minded people. ^_^
@ Saria Kokirii: Awwww, shame, that. Maybe one year you could come down and make a weekend of it or something razz . Last year my friends and I met some people from Adelaide who had some to Melbourne just for Manifest
@ Sol_Maelstrom: lol. I have friends like that…they love it once they get there! xd

I did actually go to manifest all three days. Most of the time I was helping out, so I didn't really do to much in the way of the con.
Funny thing is, the entire weekend I was looking out for Lucky Star cosplayers, but only ever saw a Konata.

Shame that, I did spend a fair amount of time watching 'Anime Idol' since one of our club members was a contestant.
What where you doing when you were helping out? Was it interesting?
I saw a Lucky star group with each of the 4 main girls, a Tsukasa and Konata and a lone konata. I got pics with all of them biggrin
I don't s'pose you happened to catch the dancing we did both day. Probably not xd Maybe next year
