It was late morning on a sunny Saturday morning in September. A light breeze brushed against people, cooling them as groups milled around and chatted as they awaited the guests to arrive. They were expecting three schools for a quidditch competition.
After some waiting the three schools arrived and as the new students started to explore and meet people.
The thought that was on everyone's minds was what was going to happen.

A yawn escaped a pair of rosy lips as an aurbun haired girl stood by herself, watching people talk and play around.
Her friends were around somewhere but she couldn't be bothered to find them, she hadn't been up long after all and she was still tired. She had been reading in the common room late last night.
Yawning again, Rosina stuck her hands in her pockets as she started to wander around, looking for members of her house quidditch team...well a few members. Some people she didn't like dealing with unless she had to.
If she made a new friend or met one of her other friends from another house, that would be cool too.
"Where is everyone?" she mumbled to herself.

Sun Mi was still half asleep as she got dragged downstairs by Ayumi. "Hurry up! We're be late to meet them! Come on," As you can guess Sun Mi was exactly impressed by the way her younger sister was acting.
"But I need to sleep," Sun Mi just glared at the back of Ayumi's head as she was dragged outside. When they reached the outside of the building Sun Mi just sighed and gave up.

Grumbling to herself about the amount of people around yet her friends being no where to be see, the thirteen year old soon spotted her two older Ravenclaw friends.
Rosina grinned and ran over to the pair, waving,
"Mornin' Ayumi, Sun Mi," she greeted brightly.
She put her hands back in her pockets,
"How are you two this cold morning?"

"I'm great" Ayumi chirped back with a smile. She has today picked to wear her green bob wig, which caught the sun. "I was doing great until she woke me up," Sun Mi yawned and again glared at Ayumi who just returned a sheepish grin to her.
"So have they came yet?...We didn't miss them right" Ayumi then started to look around to see if she could any of the other schools. Sun Mi did no more then to hit Ayumi around the head. "Wait alittle longer, I told you they weren't here yet," Ayumi grumbled as she fixed her wig.

Rosina laughed a little,
"Actually they arrived about five minutes ago, you must've been inside when they arrived. People are a bit unsure about mingling right now so they're all in their school teams by the lake," she answered.
Shaking her head, she turned her head to watch as a few confident people started to head towards the groups to talk. She could already think of a few people that might enjoy flirting with new boys...no, she couldn't be sure of that.
Maybe she should be nicer to Katie....nah.
The girl then realised she'd been staring into space and grinned sheepishly.
"You guys looking forward to the competition?"

"You mean she was right?" Sun Mi looked at Ayumi. "For once," Ayumi added this to the end of her sister's sentence.
Sun Mi stayed silent due to the fact that Ayumi had been right. Ayumi just smiled. "Of course we're looking foward to it and of course we are also going to win," She glance over towards the lake, "Do you think we should try and make contact with the other side?" "I see no harm in it, Ros?" Sun Mi turned to took at Rosina.

Rosina thought for a few moments, it would be good to try and make friends with the new people but she was a little shy. Maybe she'd just follow her two Raveclaw friends and just stay quiet.
There should be no problem then.
Nodding her head, Rosina grinned at the pair,
"We might as well. We've got to try and be friendly after all."

"Okay lets do it!" Ayumi started to head towards the lake. Sun Mi looked over to Rosina and leaned towards her. "Do you think if we pushed her in anyone would miss her? She's way to happy," She then glanced over to the bright green blob that was Ayumi talking a small group of boys who looked like they were about to pass out.
Sun Mi quickly left Rosina and grabbed her sister. "Their from Hufflepuff," She whispered into her sisters ear and she suddenly disappeared and then reappeared behind Rosina. "Opps" Sun Mi slowly made her way back over.

Nadia and Aurora stared out over the lake, their eyes lit up with excitement. They were, of course, excited for different reasons. Nadia couldn't wait for the competition, while Aurora couldn't stop thinking of all the new people she'd be meeting. Aurora siddled up to her sister and gave her a hug. Nadia, patted her back in return. They were there, at Hogwarts. They could feel the excitement from the other girls building up as they looked around.
"Let's go show these people, how us Salem girls rock it out!" Aurora shouted out to the rest of the team. Nadia shook her head and held up a hand to silence the excited whispers from the other girls. She was the captain of the team. She would be the one to tell the girls what to do, not her little sister. "Alright girls, ignore what Rora here said for one second. We need to settle in first, go find out where we're staying. We'll stay together as a team for now. ONCE you finish unpacking, you may wander around and meet the other teams. Understood?"The team nodded and agreed, though Aurora didn't seem to like the plan. Nadia ignored the look she was getting from her sister. She'd get over it. They met a boy named Cedric Diggory, who said he would be taking them to where they'd be staying. He smiled, and few of the girls giggled. Nadia just rolled her eyes. They found they would be staying with the house called, Hufflepuff.
Aurora moved to the back of the group, hoping to sneak off and meet some people. She knew she better not, but it was so tempting! They'd probably get a lecture about something that didn't interest her, like rules for example. She saw a green blob and tilted her head to the side.
What in the world could that be? Aurora thought to herself. As she squinted, to get a better look, she realized it was someone's hair. A smile slid across her face. She was going to love it here.

Giggling a little Rosina shook her head at Ayumi,
"looks like they might have a crush on you now from now on," she commented with a big grin on her face.
Looking around she saw a girl in the Salem uniform squinting, looking at Ayumi's wig. Well it was bright enough to notice she supposed.
Hmmm she wondered if the other thought it was weird or cool.

"Oh god please now, they're abit young for me," Ayumi came out from behind Rosina. She then stood there scanning for new faces. Sun Mi finally arrived back over. "I saw some different uniforms over there when I was walking back," "I didn't see any," "That's because you was running to fast," Ayumi glared at Sun Mi but quickly stopped after the glare was returned. Sun Mi pointed over to the girl that was smiling after seeing her sister's wig. "See,"

Aurora noticed that one of the other girls was pointing in her direction. She glanced around her, even turned around, to make sure the girl was pointing at her. She must have been pointing at her, since her teammates weren't looking at them. Aurora's grin widened. A thought came to her mind, that would probably piss her sister off. She shrugged the feeling off and yelled out to the girl,
"I like your hair!" Aurora looked back to see her sister glaring at her. There would be a lecture later on about her "actions". Hopefully Nadia wouldn't confine her to her room. She wanted the chance to speak with those girls soon. Anyone who wore a green wig couldn't be a boring person.
Nadia almost let out a laugh. Of course her sister would somehow find a way to do what she wanted. She instead glared and called out to her with a sharp tone in her voice,
"Aurora, would you care to repeat the last rule that Mr. Diggory explained to us, please?" A satisfied grin appeared after her sister began to blush and shake her head 'no'. Nadia walked over to her and patted her on the back. Then, she whispered,
"Please don't embarrass me, by making it look like I show favoritism to you. Just because you're my little sister, doesn't mean you can get away with doing whatever you want. Now PLEASE listen to the rules." She walked back up to the front and nodded in Cedric's direction to continue. Nadia turned slightly to look over at who Aurora called out to. Green hair, figures. Aurora probably thought she looked like one of those Japanese cartoon characters she watched.
Aurora looked over at the girls again. Trying to think of a way to meet them. An idea hit her, and she turned towards the front. Then she waved her hand for them to come over, but where her sister couldn't see. She thought they MIGHT come over. More so, she hoped they would.

Rosina raised an eyebrow as the American girl seemed to wave them over,
"Ummm guys? I think that girl might want us to go over to her," she told them.
She wasn't just going to go over to her by herself, she was way too shy for that. No, she would just follow the others over if they went and introduce herself then.
