Thats right, yall heard it first here. MTV was thinking about doing an Emcee reality show, where they battle it out.. and the channel makes a show of it. Basically they would battle, to win a record deal with Def Jam, along with $25,000. Check it out here...

The more I think about this... the more I'm unsure how to feel about it. I mean, I wanna act cool and pretend like this is totally selling out the Hiphop Culture, but at the same damn time.... I would be watching every single second of that shiet. Hell, probably be taking notes, and go as far as to buy that shiet on DVD when it came out. All in all, I'd be happy that they made a show like this... I would just wish for some really raw talent. Then people might see what being an Emcee is all about... and stop glamorizing chumps like 50cent.

What yall think?

If they bring some emcees doper then the last ones for battleground, and i mean alot iller, i'd be excited as s**t. I love when real rhymes get recognition, which is rare. For now, i'll juse spectate, though.

And thinking back on this.... the show has to be Fight Klub. And is a hella big hit. AND I'll be buying the DVD's.

Dunno bout this one. Kuz yea you might see some dope niggas cyphin or whatever but its gonna be alotta wackness thats gonna lead America to believe ANYONE can be a ******** rapper. When thats FAR from the truth. Plus i dont think they would portray hip hop freestyling/rapping correctly. Think they're gonna bury it not revive it. I dont know if its the best idea as far as the interests of Hip Hop.

Well, its actually MTV2. And you should rethink that strategy cuz the emcees on Fight Klub are ill, straight up. Well, the good ones are ill hehe.

MTV had that one day freestyle competition i remember, cause there was like that retarded white guy that spit who went pretty far, like he actually had some mental disability or some s**t. Then they had the first P Diddy Making The Band with that cheese cake run and all that haha.
