Personality: A carefree girl who almost always seems to be lost in thought or day dreaming. She is very kind and generous and loves talking. Though she loves to be left alone to daydream just as much as she loves to talk. At first she can be fairly shy and quiet, but once you've been around her awhile she opens up and becomes very talkative. She gets attached to people easily and tends to get very sad when they leave.

Physical Description: This describes her appearance and outfit perfectly. Just add on a Shinigami bottom cut at around knee length on her.

Zanpakuto Name and Sealed Description:
Zanpakuto Name: Yume o Oru [Dream Weaver]
Zanpakuto Description: The sword is quite short, measuring at a total of only 20 inches. A 15 inch blade and a 5 inch handle. The guard looks very similar to a Dream Catcher and has two leather strips hanging off of it, each is less than a half an inch thick one is 3 inches long and the other is 4 inches long. Two beads adorn the end of each strip of leather, the shorter strip holding two blue beads, the longer holding two white beads. The handle is wrapped in a blue and white cloth, just as the scabbard is. Off the handle of the blade the cloth hangs 15 inches and can be controlled by Chie's Reiatsu, this includes causing their length to grow greatly. The blade is a sparkling silver color and has a "blood groove" in it.

Shikai: A truly interesting Shikai, it enables its master to summon from their dream world.
Watashi no Yume o Hatsubai, Yume o Oru [Release my Dreams, Dream weaver] - Before the release can be used Chie must cut her own arm and allow her blood to flow down the blood groove to the Dream Catcher guard. When the blood reaches there the Dream Catcher will turn red. The sword is then able to be released.
Upon the release phrase being said, Dream Weaver will disappear. A bright white light will form around Chie's wrist and two silver chain bracelets will appear. These two bracelets give Chie the ability to summon objects or abilities, even attacks from her dreams. The catch is she can only summon two things at a time, and for her to switch abilities takes a bit of time [one post]. When she summons something from her dream world a bracelet will disappear from her wrist, being the limitation to summoning two things at a time. The summoned things are real items to creatures of the spirit world, not illusions.
Bankai:
Zettai Denryoku o Sakusei Shi, Tsumi no Yurushi to Sore o Koushi Suru - Yume o Oru [Create the Absolute Power and wield it with absolution - Dream Weaver] -
Yume o Orui is unusual due to the fact that it will not respond to the phrase "Bankai" and has no real name or command, it is simply known as Yume o Oru. This command must be said for the swords true power to be released. The full command may be used, but is not required to activate its powers.
Bankai Appearance: When the command is said anything that was summoned reverts to the bracelets on Chie's wrists. The Bracelets then burst apart into a bright blue and white swirling light. The light then reforms into ten glowing Blue and White bracelets on either arm, evenly spaced over the length of her forearm. Two belts form around her waist, both a swirling Blue and white color. Her shinigami uniform glows white and shifts into a pair of white Capri's with Blue tribal markings on it. Her shirt disappears leaving her in a strapless bra that is an Angelic Blue Color. A white cross with glowing blue tips appears on her stomach, the tattoo starts at her pants line and ends an inch above her bellybutton, the cross intersecting just above her bellybutton. Four tattoo's appear on her back, two on either shoulder blade, both shoulder blades containing two Angel Wings.
Bankai Ability: When in her Bankai Chie can summon things from her dreams much more vividly than in her Shikai. She can now summon more things from her dream world and summon them more powerfully than in her shikai and can swap dreams out in an instant. She can force the tattoo's on her shoulder blades to withdraw from her skin and form into large wings that can be used for various purposes. She has no standard attacks, they all come from summoning things from her dreams. In her Bankai the summoning ability is all but limitless for her. However the more she summons the more her Bankai begins to tax her body. The bracelets take 4 posts to reform once used, but this generally does not cause her any problems since she has a total of 20 bracelets covering her arms.

Bio:
Chie was always a carefree girl when she was living. She would frequently get in trouble in school because she would go off into daydreams and not pay attention in class. While in her day dreams she always felt free and preferred her dream world to the real world. Her parents would frequently scold her for not paying attention in class and for getting below perfect marks, since they knew just how Intelligent Chie was and knew that she was capable of getting all perfect marks. However, these scoldings only made Chie retreat farther into her dream world.
One day in her late teens she was daydreaming as she was walking to school. She somehow managed to pass many busy intersections without so much as a scratch. However after dodging all those cars she never even saw what finally ended her life. As she was dreaming a mugger with a knife demanded she hand over her purse. But the man's shouts did nothing to shake her out of her dream world. The man, down on his luck, angry and frustrated stabbed Chie in the stomach and ran off with her purse. In her last dying moment Chie's dream world shattered around her as she was brought back into reality by searing pain. She bled to death on the sidewalk because no one was willing to help.
