A wild Geodude lvl 7 appeared! "Go Starly!" She called out. "Starrr..."
"Use Quick attack!" She ordered. The Geodude used tackle! "Use Tackle as well!" She declared. She smiled as the pokemon fainted an ran to where there was an opening.

(How can a starly beat a geodude? At low levels anyway. It doesn't seem plausible. Though your piplups bubble I can understand..)

((Well I say this because:
1) Geodude's high defense, even at level 7...
2) Starly's 40 power attacks tackle and Quick attack... and it doesn't know leer like shinx, so I don't see it as logical.
Its already done, so its no big deal. But I could understand piplup beating it.))

Daemon walked into the cave leading to Oreburgh with unsteady steps. He looked around as he traveled onwards, shinx and Turtwig right beside him, "Alright, through here to Oreburgh."
He suddenly tripped over a rock. Looking back he saw a Geodude (lv 7) staring back at him, "Whoa..." He looked to turtwig, "Absorb."
The attack easily killed the geodude with its low Sp. Defense. Daemon stood up, "Nice work."
Shinx gained 35 xp
Turtwig gained 35 xp

Daemon encountered another Geodude (lv 6), "Another one... well at least they make good training partners." He had turtwig use absorb and the pokemon went down. Shinx cheered for its buddy.

Daemon ran across yet another Geodude (lv 8 ), "Again... give me some variety." He sighed, "Shinx Tackle, Turtwig, Absorb." Shinx hit the geodude with a tackle as its energy was drained by the other pokemon.
Shinx gained 40 xp
Turtwig gained 40 xp

(I want a Psyduck and Onix... but the chances of me getting the psyduck here and the Onix in the mines are 1 in 10... expect a lot of posts people!)

Daemon sighed as yet another Geodude appeared (LV 7), "Shinx, Tackle, Turtwig Absorb... you guys know the drill." The geodude fell like the previous ones. Daemon looked around for other pokemon to train with, "This is becoming redundant.
