The "castle" eqivalent for dragons, where the Alpha Dragon lives and holds smaller meetings. Unlike the other sentient races dragons hold the more important issues of their realm in public in front of their cave in the clearing.

 Alpha of the Elemental Dragons: Mouretsu Hoono
Deep in the back of the Alpha Dragon's cave there rested a beast of legendary proportions, calmly breathing in the darkness of the cavernous inlet of rock and water. The dragon slept peacefully and the very sound of its titanic lungs pulling in and forcing out air was enough to make the cave itself seem like it was alive with breath of its own. This peaceful scene would have remained as such for quite a while longer as dragon's are known for their ability to sleep for quite the extended amount of time, but something happened ever so suddenly. A gust of wind blew through the cave, strong enough to disturb the giant beast in its slumber to the point where one of his bright yellow eyes would open up. "Wind... doesn't blow... that far... into this cave," Said the dragon as his head ever so slowly rose up. His words were spaced out frequently and spoken rather slowly, almost as if the dragon was contemplating the meaning of each word as he spoke it. He was often quite slow like this after just waking up. It wasn't that he was dull, or slow witted, it just took a while to form words after sleeping for months on end. "It could have only... been the work... of one of my own. Who has come... to see me?"
His deep rumble of a voice resonated through the cave and when it was finally silent a wind elemental dragon stepped into view of the pitch dark cave. While dragons had excellent night vision, it was still hard to tell who it was, so with a huff, the waking dragon blew a flame from his nostril to reveal the finer features of the visitor long enough for him to recognize who it was. "It's me, Sir. Skeksys. Forgive me for waking you, but something terrible has happened. The Beta Dragon, Miranus, has been killed. There are heavy magical energies around her and she has been wounded deeply by blades and arrows. We think that it was either murder or that she was killed in self defense. Either way, it does not bode well. What shall we do, Mouretsu?"
Mouretsu twisted his head back and forth rapidly to shake out his muscles in his neck and to get the blood flowing in his massive body before responding. "Do not appologize for... waking me. This is quite the important... matter to be addressed." His words gradually speeding up, Mouretsu pushed his frame up so that he was now standing on all four legs with his wings still tucked up on his back. "Show me her body." Skeksys bowed his head and turned to lead the way out of the cave. Once outside Mouretsu let his eyes adjust to the light before looking around. Her body was not here. They'd have to fly to wherever it was that she was resting now. With a mighty stretch Mouretsu expanded his wings out so that they were fully opened. Beads of sweat and condensation from being folded up dripped off of them as he shook them out before finally he gave two mighty flaps of his wings and suddenly he was airborne, following after Skeksys to where Miranus lay dead.
