1.FireLight
Running.
Leaving what was left of his deed behind him.
It was easy, way too easy.Even for him.A couple shots, and then start a fire.Very simple instructions from the boss. And now the same man was running, making sure that no one could see him.He never even saw it coming. His last memory of pain, no redemption for his sins. And the blood flowed in the forest. His last memory of the fire light that would redeem him from his sins.
Going straight to hell.
And Evan Jones was no more. But she still lived.
~.~.~.~.~
Rebekka Rose Silence Lionel, affectionatley called Silence, was at school today.Normal, boring school.Everyday the same.Math, English, Science, lunchbreak, and then a little bit of history. Not much story there. She sat in her Science Class, Mr.Bowing jabbering on about simple machines. They were reveiwing for End of Instructions next week.So boring. She already knew this stuff. She tapped her pencil silently on her shared desk.So boring. The kid next to her shot her a nasty look.Herman Newton.Often called 'Mikey', after Twilight got popular. He was really stupid. She could feel him trace her small, ghostlike features with his eyes.Hah.He wishes he could have her.Silence didn't date.
Or socialize for that matter. She knew everyone in this damned school, and they all knew her.But she wasn't popular.Sure, every once in a while some passing soul would try and make friends with her, but what was the point? She didn't talk to people.Tap, tap, tap.So boring.Melancholy.she used a new word to describe her feeling.Grey as melancholy.Made sense. After school, she would go home, take a look in mirror at her bright blue eyes, and then do her homework.Later, b***h-mom would come and get Momo from the house, take her home, get in a fight with dad, and she would be reading again.Thats just life.
BRRRRIIIINNNNGGGG
Red lights flahed around them.Oh great.A fire drill. She rose with the rest of her class, marching down the hallway, people calling out to their friends and causing general comotion as the noise level rose. She twisted and turned through the crowd to the glass doors that would let her out.And when she did, she regretted it.For the smoke that rose in the distance came from Georgia Hill, and only one house was situated on that hill. She stared, her bright blue eyes flew open as the wind caught her long black hair in the gust, daring to pull her along. She stared, frightened, people pushing past her only to stare in disbelief also.
Rebekka Rose Silence Lionel, known as Silence or 'Ghostie' was never good at dealing with great shocks or wide eyed moments. She hated comics with a passion and spent most of her time reading 'Hamlet' or 'Julius Ceaser'.She hated all suprises. And right now, the shoes on her feet were such a hinderance as she grasped at her rope sandals with her toes. She wanted to run.To get away from here. But she walked. She simply walked away from the school.Nobody stopped her as she moved. She knew the way, and she let her feet guide on instinct. And only two names flased in her mind, for she truley did not care for the other.
Azreal.Azreal Matthew Lionael, her one and only father. He was raised Orthodox Catholic and then was disowned by his family for his artistic preoccupations.Momo Lily Kindred Lional, her little sister.Azreal.Momo.Azreal would risk his life for Momo to safe.Silence knew this much. She moved so quietly, even the birds did not notice her on Georgia Hill.Georgia Hill was a heavily wooded area, with only one house. It was a large house, an srt studio for a basement, a top floor for bedrooms and the middle was the common areas. It was a bright and beautiful house.Azreal had planned it himself. Her feet moved faster as she saw the first firetruck fly by her.
She started to run towards it.Towards the firelight.Something inside of her cracked off.The tears ran and she shouted her fathers name. And then her sisters. She ran, her sandals flying off, and shedding her school blazer. She was in black slacks and a grey collared shirt now.Still she ran.She eventually stood across the street from the firelight. The sobs came in short bursts now as she sank to her knees.Firelight surrounded her.Ashes landed on the barely recognizable girl.Noone paid any attention to her.None saw the change.Something burned deep inside of her now.Something new.
And Rebbeka Rose Silence Lionel gave into the firelight. She let it consume her.And she was new.She stood slowly, face down. She was covered in ashes. No one stopped her.No one cared. Not anymore. And she flew into the forest.

Chapter 2: Operations
New York City, New York
A lone figure sat in the darkness of the warehouse, only the red of the figures dress danced into the light. The figure sat on a chair of no consequence.Another figure approached cautiously, taking light steps. The other figure mad no move when it heard the footsteps. The scond got close to the first and place his hands on its shoulders.
"Lilith, Honey. You can't blame yourself for Sammael."
The second figure said as Lilith tightened under his hands. He wrapped his arms around her, smelling her black hair as she spoke.
"Sammael?I was worried about Rapheal.Sammael might..."
The second figure silenced her with a finger.
"Do not worry of Rapheal.Him and the second daughter our en route."
"How can you know that, Micheal? How?"
Micheal paused for a moment as his grip relaxed and his hands were on her shoulders again.
"I know Rapheal, and I know his daughters. They'll be fine. Now, I sent Momo and Eric to pick up the first child."
"Of course..."
------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------ Kiowa, Virgnia Police Station
The beautiful blonde haired woman was in the police station, tapping her manicured fingernails impateintly on the receptionists counter.Whom was not there at the moment.Because of her earlier request to find out where exactly one young girl was.what kind of trouble could a fourteen year old girl get herslef into with a few hours? She didn't bother to answer that. What was odd about this woman was that even though increduly beautiful, she wore tennis shoes, jeans, a black blazer and a white t-shirt.An overdone 'trying to blend in' moment.Another odd thing, the black haired male who had come in with her.He wore something similar to the woman, no blazer though. He had deep grey eyes, that looked like if you looked into them too long you'd get lost.He was seated by the door, his bondy leaning as if her were ready to bolt at necessary.
A short, mousey woman in formal clothes came up to the desk and stuttered out the response to the womans answer.
"M-mrs.Jacobs?I-im a-afraid t-to tell y-you that, ummm, we are c-currently u-u-unable to locate your n-neice"
The man stood, as if answering some unheard signal. He glanced at Momo and then to the door, waiting for something.
The woman sighed.
"Go, Eric."
The man, Eric, pushed the door open calmly, stepping out.And then calmly went to the Volvo they had pulled up in and took off to parts unknown. The woman looked back to the small mousey receptionist.
"Well? We have a missing youth, with her most immediate family dead in an arson fire.Shouldn't we begin the search?"
The small woman squeaked out an 'Oh!' and then went to fetch the Officers.
And the woman made a call to New York City.
------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------ Somewhere in Appalachin Forests
Damn.
That had been a close call.
Rapheal examined his surrondings.Woods.Good job, Rapheal. He had to find his way back to the house. His daughter...
His daughters.
He had to find Momo.Silence would be okay...but then again, Silence had a way of getting into more trouble than he even dared to dream about.Momo would at least be okay.He knew where she was.And his ex-wife...Well, she was probably rejoicing. No more alimony or child support for her to pay.He mad his way gently through the trees, making his way to back to where he had been. And he thought on his way.
He had lied.Lied so much, to his own daughters, to his ex-wife, to everyone he knew just to avoid this.Well, he did a lot of a good job.His old identity had come to haunt him again. And all because of Sammael.Sammael.Sammael was traitor to the order now, and he was the most dangerous.Always the most dangerous. He was the closest to Lilith.Lilith had trusted him, but then she met Micheal...and everything became unglued.Rapheal, Azreal what difference did it make now?Womever he was, he had two daughters that needed protecting.
He found his back to the now burnt down house. The house was nothing of consequence. As long as Momo was okay.He moved slowly through the ash.Nobody was here now.Just another ash pile.He smiled. How many times now?Three?Once for his mother and father, once for him and now they were aiming at his daughters. As if everything he knew had to die.Everything of him had to die.But he had protected them.Thump.He stepped on something hollow. He stepped back.He hadn't realized how far in the ashes he was.
He bent down, and reached into the ash and found the handle to the door. And he pulled. The brown haired, green eyed man watch as ash and dust floated up and the door came up.He bent over and saw his youngest daughter, staring wildly at him with her deep green eyes.He smiled and reached his hand out to her.Momo took it, and pulled herslef up, not saying a word.
"I'm sorry for leaving you alone so long honey."
Once again, nothing.Momo never spoke to anyone except Silence. What irony. They wlaked to the yellow tape, hand in hand, Momo in a white cotton dress, brown hair in braided pigtails. He was smiling, but Momo had such a grave expression. And then a black Volvo pulled up.
Eric opened the passenger side door.
"Get in."
