Arget-Falco. She is a good roleplayer and seems capable of handling a squad...

And what about Falco? She has an Arrancar and a Shinigami. A Fraccion and...?

Arget's her shinigami is in the 13th Squad... an unseated member.
Falco doesn't have a fraccion and she is the Quinta Espada...
Psyche is the 2nd Squad Lieutenant.
Keep in mind, these are my choices... they are not permanent.
But don't forget that we do have Captains that hold other higher ranking positions in the RP as well.
Like I told Kuro, I really wasn't planning on expanding the guild, but since there is going to be more members coming in the guild... After this thing is over... We aren't going to have more people holding two or more higher ranks. It just wouldn't seem fair to the new members.
But since Arget and Psyche are going to be ruled out... so to speak...
I'll like to nominate Nakamura Tadashi, Squad 3's Vice-Captain. He has Shikai and everything else. He seems like the most suitable candidate, now.

I agree that Nakka would be a good choice. He is active and is good at rping. He only has one character as well (as far as I am aware).
