The stronghold of the general controling the combat and strategy section of the order of black flames. Entering the Tower is a very large task, covered by a ocean of black flames on the outside of the tower, enbodying the spirit of the order. This flame burns for as long as the order is alive, and can not be seen to human eyes, unless they are spiritually aware. Located in The united states, the location of it known only to the members. The inside of the tower in furnished well, having large amounts of comfort in the main room, with a few other rooms for people to use. At the top of the tower a few thrones are there, saved for visiting generals. After the beginning room of the tower, you can go down, and enter a training grounds. It has the same black flames which burn on the touch. The entire floor bursts into flames whenever someone enters. This is a perfect fighting area for anyone requiring endurance training. Above the main room is a meeting room, with a large model of the soul society the world and hueco mundo, to plan any attacks at all. At the very bottom of the tower, two floors below the main room, a special room which is locked out to everyone without permission. Iniside this room is a pool of blood and a smaller training grounds, which seems to power the general. Any who enter this tower without being in the order will be noticed immediately.

Hikaru Futaba frowned and gave a slight yawn as she strolled about the tower, bored to the utmost extreme. Her green eyes driften lazily about her, almost wishing someone would break and or get into the tower so she'd have something to do. She ran a hand through her dark hair, placing both hands in her pockets as she leaned against a wall.
She wore a green tank top and a pair of khaki kapris that fit perfectly around her curves, and on her feet were a pair of tennis shoes. She wore her usual jacket, the hood pulled just slightly over her green eyes. "Its so boring here..." she complained to the open air.

Masato appeared within the walls of the stronghold standing a few feet away from Hikaru. "You know it wouldn't be so boring if you actually went out and did something." A grin crossed his face, revealing the canine's on the right side of his mouth. He slid his right hand into his pocket, fishing out a thin stick of Cinnamon. A low audible exhale escaped as he placed the Cinnamon in his mouth, the taste of cinnamon filling his mouth. "Hope you don't mind me stopping by." He smiled at the woman. He returned the hand to his pocket, fishing another stick of Cinnamon from the small box held in his pocket. Withdrawing his hand he offered it to the woman. "Anyway, I was hoping you might enjoy joining me for a bit of fun with a Shinigami Captain and a few Bount." The smile he had before held now crossed into a slightly wicked grin, the canine's once again visible as he held the cinnamon stick between his teeth.

She lifted the hood slightly and looked at him. "Oi, Masato." she greeted, dropping her hand to her side. "A Captain an' some Bounto, huh? Haven't found anything like that in a long time." she said, smiling loftily as she thought about it. "I suppose that I could go for that." she said with a small nod. She stood up straight, her hands still in her pockets as she did so.

Masato chuckled at Hikaru's comment. "It is a rare treat." He frowned as she didn't seem to notice his offer of the candy. "Don't like Cinnamon?" He sighed and with a flip of his finger the candy went spiraling up into the air for her to catch if she wanted it. "Well then since your in, I'm heading out. They are at the construction site in Kakura." With that he spun around, the tails of the coat lagging behind slightly as he turned. He raised his hand and waived as he disappeared out of the building.

She caught the cinnamon stick, gnawing on one end of it. "Karakura as in Japan? We're in America, you dolt." she muttered around it, then smirked. "Well, I have my ways." she said aloud, taking the cinnamon stick out of her mouth and pulled out what looked like a PEZ dispenser, with a small cat's head on top of it. She pressed her thumb on the head of the cat, catching the round pill that came out of its mouth in hers, swallowing and giving a slight shudder at the sharp tang of taste.
As her gigai fell back from her, revealing a black kimono with a white haori slung over her shoulders. Drawing a short blade from her waist, she stabbed into the air, turning it as if it were a key. As an old-style door opened, she bit the end of the cinnamon stick again, disappearing to Karakura Japan.
